Izvinite na kasnom odgovoru, razmatrali smo slučaj sa timom. Na osnovu dogovora sa kazinom, verovatno bih preporučio da se obratite nekom pravnom organu ili advokatu. Pošto su sporazum sklopile i potpisale obe strane, on je malo van našeg domašaja jer nije uobičajeno pitanje vezano za kazino igrače.
Takođe, na osnovu naše politike, kazino nije u obavezi da refundira novac za ovakve probleme jer je igrač odgovoran da proveri gde se registruje i to nije izgovor da kasnije sazna da kazino nije ni legalan u njihova zemlja.
Nažalost, bićemo primorani da odbijemo žalbu iz gore navedenog razloga.

Sorry for the late answer, we were reviewing the case with the team. Based on the agreement with the casino, I would probably recommend to contact some legal authorities or lawyer. As the agreement has been made and signed by both parties, it is a little out of our reach as it is not a common casino-player related issue.
Also, based on our policy, the casino is not obligate to refund money for issues like this as the player is responsible to check where does he/she register and it is not an excuse to later find out that the casino is not even legal in their country.
Unfortunately, we will be forced to reject the complaint for the above stated reason.
