Potpuno se slažem da je preostali iznos trebalo odmah ukloniti sa vašeg stanja. Da vam je ostalo 3 evra na računu, da ste uplatili depozit, a zatim pokušali da podignete dobitak, bilo bi raznih problema. Da je to bio slučaj, definitivno bismo se složili da vam dobitak bude isplaćen.
Međutim, ovom prilikom niste napravili depozit i igrali ste samo sa bonus sredstvima. Iako mogu da shvatim da bi to moglo biti frustrirajuće, verujem da je kazino postupio u skladu sa svojim odredbama i uslovima tako što je konfiskovao dodatne dobitke, iako vam nije trebalo dati priliku da ih dobijete. Nadam se da će se kazino pozabaviti ovim pitanjem kako bi se izbegli dalji problemi u budućnosti.

If you had been left with the 3 EUR in your balance, made a deposit, and then tried to withdraw winnings there would be all kinds of problems.
