Napravio sam depozit u bizzo kazinu 100 evra da bih dobio bonus od 50, oni ga nisu stavili, ja sam napravio depozit ali 50 i onda kada sam ga izgubio, dali su mi 50 bonusa. Igrao sam normalno sa njihovim uslovima i došao do iznosa od 2000 evra, onda sam napravio bonus na kupovinu nešto što nisam znao da je zabranjeno i došao sam do 4000 evra. Kompanija sa ovim izgovorom oduzela mi je sav profit i nula ceo iznos. Da li je ovo pravilno???

Έκανα κατάθεση στην bizzo cazino 100 ευρώ για να πάρω μπόνους 50 δεν τα έβαλαν ,έκανα κατάθεση αλλά 50 και κατόπιν αφού τα έχασε μου έβαλαν τα 50.του μπόνους.Επαιξα κανονικά με τους όρους τους και έφτασα στο ποσό των 2000 ευρώ ,κατόπιν έκανα αγορά μπόνους κάτι που δεν ήξερα ότι απαγορεύεται και έφτασα στα 4000 ευρώ.Η εταιρεία με αυτην την δικαιολογία μου αφαιρέσε όλα τα κέρδη και μου μηδένισε όλο το ποσό.Ειναι σωστό αυτό???

Da, tražio sam deo toga. Mislim da nije trebalo da mi resetuju ceo iznos,....sramota, nisam video da je zabranjeno kupovati igrice i ponavljam početni dobitak koji je bio 2000 evra dobijenih normalnim klađenjem. I još nešto tražio sam da obaveste provajdera o ukidanju profita i oni su me odbili, rekavši da to uradim sam, smešne i tragične stvari.

I think they shouldn't have reset me the whole amount,....shame, I didn't see that it is forbidden to buy games and I repeat the initial winnings which were 2000 euros gained with normal betting.
