Predmet: Žalba u vezi sa odbijanjem da mi refundiram izgubljena sredstva u skladu sa holandskim zakonom

Kao rezultat ovog otkrića, shvatio sam da ne samo da imam pravo da povratim svoje gubitke, već ste i vi kao kazino zakonski obavezni da ih refundirate. Prema holandskom zakonodavstvu, neovlašćeni operateri kockanja dužni su da refundiraju sve gubitke koje su pretrpeli holandski igrači. Ukupno sam izgubio više od 22.000 evra na vašoj platformi.
Uprkos mojim ponovljenim zahtevima, vaš kazino je odbio da se pridržava holandskog zakona i refundira novac na koji imam pravo. Zbog toga sam pokrenuo pravni postupak protiv vašeg kazina kako bih osigurao da dobijem sredstva koja mi duguju u skladu sa zakonom.
Pozivam vas da preispitate svoj stav po ovom pitanju i ispoštujete svoje zakonske obaveze tako što ćete odmah vratiti celokupna moja deponovana sredstva. Ako to ne učinite, biće preduzete dalje pravne radnje protiv vaše kompanije.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Refusal to Refund My Lost Funds in Accordance with Dutch Law

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment I have received at your casino. My name is [Your Name], and I am one of your former players. Over a period of time, I regularly engaged in activities on your platform, and unfortunately, I must inform you that my experience has been anything but positive.
The specific issue I have encountered is the inability to cash out my winnings, and even worse, the loss of substantial amounts of money. To my surprise, I recently discovered that your casino does not hold a license in the Netherlands and that Dutch players are excluded from participating in your platform.
