Proverio sam bankarski odeljak na veb stranici kazina i evo šta sam našao ( ovde ):
Izvinjavam se, ali izgleda da je prikazani minimum 20 dolara. Ako ste deponovali ispod ovog minimalnog iznosa, sredstva možda nisu stigla u kazino, a mi ne možemo primorati kazino da kreditira ovaj iznos na vaš račun.

I have checked the banking section on the casino website and this is what I found (here):
I apologize, but it appears that the displayed minimum is $20. If you deposited below this minimum amount, the funds might not have reached the casino, and we cannot compel the casino to credit this amount to your account.
