Dobar dan, danas su mi konačno blokirali nalog, ne mogu sa sigurnošću da kažem da li su to uradili zauvek ili ne, ranije nisu mogli.
Nije bilo odgovora iz kazina. Napravio sam zahtev za povraćaj novca počev od 25. marta do danas, ali sam tražio blokiranje zbog zavisnosti od kockanja i kockanja u ćaskanju za podršku od decembra 2022, tada su mi dali odobrenje, rekli su da će učiniti sve u njihova moć, nalog nisam ponovo blokiran, pisao sam mnogo puta o zavisnosti/zavisnosti od kockanja/zavisnosti od igara.

Ali njihovo „sada" se ponovo rastegnulo i blokada je došla tek posle 10 sati.

Доброго времени суток ,мне наконец сегодня только заблокировали аккаунт ,не могу сказать точно навсегда они сделали это или нет ,до этого они не могли этого сделать.
Ответа от казино не поступало. Я создал претензию на возврат средств ,начиная с 25 марта и по настоящий момент ,но блокировку по причине лудомании и игровой зависимости я запрашивал в чате поддержки начиная с декабря 2022 года ,мне ещё тогда дали одобрение ,сказали сделают все что в их силах ,аккаунт снова не был заблокирован ,я множество раз писал о зависимости/лудомании/игровой зависимости.
После размещения жалобы ,был получен ответ от представителя Cat Casino , цитирую :
-"Привет! Увидел проблему. В течение 3 дней процесс перестроим в компании. Больше такого не будет. Проблему признаем, клиента сейчас заблокируем."
Но их "сейчас" снова растянулся и блокировка наступила лишь через 10 часов.
Все сохраненные переписки и скриншоты депозитов отсылаю на почту.
