Während dessen liefen die Free Spins im Hintergrund kaum noch Sichtbar weiter. Beim letzten Free Spin stoppe das Spiel mit dem Hinweis "Spiel nicht mehr verfügbar".
Nach Beendigung der 5 Minuten Zwangspause, musste ich das Spiel Gorilla Kingdom neu Starten. Es startete auf der Oberfläche komplett neu. Kein Free Spin Modus mehr zu sehen. Auch der bis dahin erzilte Gewinn von knapp 80€ (und die Free Spins liefen ja eigentlich noch weiter" wurde nicht meinem Kontostand hinzugefügt.
Laut Chat Mitarbeiter (ich wurde da von einem zum nächsten durch gereicht, bis schliesslich der 3. Mitarbeiter sich dafür zuständig fühlte) teilte man mir mit, das laut Spielvelauf das Spiel noch nicht beendet sei und somit noch nicht abgeschlossen.
Das würde in der nächsten Stunde automatisch geschehen...
Natürlich ist bis jetzt nicht passiert. Wurde freundlich abgewimmelt.
Habe dort mit Bonusgeld gespielt. In Spielen wo kaum eine Gewinnausschüttung stattfand konnte ich immer länger spielen.
Bei spielen wo ich mehrfach kleinere Big Wins bekam bekam ich dann komischerweise aus dem nicht die Meldung "Ihr Sizungslimit ist erreicht" und weiter spielen war nicht möglich.
Die gängigsten Spiele waren eh aufgrund Bonusgeld nicht spielbar.
Diejenigen derzeit aktuellen Spiele wie Beispielsweise "Hells Kitchen" die man trotz Bonusgeld spielbar sein sollten, hatten dann beim Laden sofort den Hinweis:" Technical error..."

Als die Pause zuende war, lag genau unter diesem Hinweisschild ein anderes vorher nicht sichtbares Hinweisschild worauf stand SPIEL NICHT MEHR VERFÜGBAR. BITTE DAS SPIEL NEU LADEN. Danach war alles auf neu Start gesetzt. Und als Gewinne weg. Allein das man in den free spins mitten drin in eine Zwangspause geschickt wird, finde ich schon eine Frechheit. Auch wenn die automatisch geschieht, kann nicht zu Lasten des Kunden gehen. Mit dann noch einen Haufen Geschichten zu erzählen das es von Zauberhand irgendwann gutgeschrieben wird ist völlig unseriös. Ebenso, dass den Mitarbeitern das anscheinend egal ist. Iz svog iskustva toplo preporučujem da se odatle ne igra. U igri "Gorilla Kindom" sa 25 okretaja u besplatnim okretajima sa preostalih 9 okretaja otključane su SVE GORILE.
