Usuđujem se da se ne složim sa onim što pišete. Kada bismo tako štitili kazina, onda ne bismo morali da imamo nikakav centar za rešavanje i ne bismo uopšte pokušavali da pomognemo igračima, jer po tvojoj logici bi se tukli jedni protiv drugih, zar ne ?
Trudimo se da stvarima pristupimo pošteno i pošteno i ne stajemo ni na koga.
Što se tiče recenzija, svakim se bavi namenski tim, ja sam jedan od ljudi koji se bave recenzijama korisnika, a mi svakako imamo procedure za njihovo rešavanje. Dakle, kada je recenzija odbijena zbog nečega, uvek je naveden razlog. Nemamo problem sa negativnom recenzijom korisnika, ali ona takođe mora imati značajnu vrednost. Da damo primer, ako igrač opiše da je bio nezadovoljan, povlačenja su dugo trajala, KIC je bio težak za rukovanje, podrška nije bila od pomoći, igre su imale nizak RTP prema igraču, i razne druge stvari su u redu. Međutim, ako uđe u igru i kaže da je ubacio 100 dolara u kazino i da ništa nije osvojio, ova recenzija je besmislena jer uopšte nije relevantna i informativna.

To give an example, if a player describes that they were dissatisfied, withdrawals took a long time, KYC was difficult to handle, support was not helpful, games had low RTP according to the player, and various other things are fine. However, if he comes into the game saying that he put $100 into the casino and didn't win anything, this review is pointless as it is not relevant and informative at all.

Čovek bi pomislio da, pošto ove radnje kazina rade, sva ova kazina treba da budu na crnoj listi, jer u suštini zaobilaze jedinu zaštitu igrača koja postoji, 7995 kockarski blok. Ali razumem da to ne možete da uradite jer bi to zaista smanjilo količinu ok kazina na vašem sajtu, ne bi bilo drugih, osim onih sa propisnom licencom, kao što je UK/Švedska.

Cscanner i Dotascanner su svi deo iste lažne kompanije registrovane u UK i neće odgovoriti kao što sam pokušao mnogo puta. Prijavio sam ih Action Fraud UK, ali sam siguran da će se i dalje izvlačiti sa ovim kao i ostala ova kriminalna poduhvata.
Cscanner and Dotascanner are all part of the same fraudulent UK registered company and they will not respond as I have tried many times. I have reported them to Action Fraud UK but sure they will continue to get away with this like the rest of these criminal enterprises.

U takvim slučajevima, preporučili bismo vam da uložite žalbu i ako se potvrdi ono što kažete, onda ne bismo imali problema sa tim, ili bismo u timu preispitali kako da se pozabavimo takvim recenzijama korisnika.
