Koju banku imate? U Nemačkoj, povraćaj sredstava ne traje duže od 5 radnih dana. U štedionicama i zadružnim bankama to zaista traje 5 dana. Sve ostale banke se snađu za 1-2 dana, verovatno je u sistemu sa kojim rade.

Which bank do you have? In Germany, refunds don't take longer than 5 working days. At savings banks and cooperative banks, it really does take 5 days. All other banks manage it in 1-2 days, it's probably down to the systems they work with.

Welche Bank hast Du? Bei mir in Deutschland ist es so, Erstattungen dauern nicht länger als 5 Werktage. Bei Sparkassen und Volksbanken dauert es wirklich 5 Tage. Alle anderen Banken schaffen es in 1-2 Tagen liegt wohl an den Systemen mit denen sie arbeiten.

Pošto moju transakciju za Alphastrike nisam odobrio u mojoj Revolut aplikaciji, uspešno sam je vratio. Isto sa jednim za Gorivire SP
Primetio sam da kada odbijem početni depozit, zbog dodavanja dodatnih troškova ili troškova, kao i zbog čudnih naziva kompanija, ponekad pokušavaju ponovo bez odobrenja, a takođe i bez traženja 3dSecure odobrenja, odnosno odobrenja aplikacije/sms-a.

Did you check if your transaction to Alphastrike was 3dSecured?
As my transaction to Alphastrike was not approved by me in my Revolut App, I charged it back successfully. Same with one for Goriwire SP
I noticed when I decline the initial deposit, due to them adding extra charges or costs and also the weird company names, sometimes they retry without approval and also without asking for 3dSecure approval, ie app/sms approval.
It's the first and only ones I managed to do in Revolut, and my guess is I wrote in the chargeback that I did not approve the transaction. I first got a temporary refund and then it got finished.
Same with Goriwire SP.
Basically any transaction not approved by 3dSecure should be pretty easy to chargeback.
Perhaps made easier because I did not make any withdrawals at the casinos, but I can't be sure.
Hopfully more people manage to chargeback more from Goriwire SP, the more charge backs, the more notice Visa and MC takes.
Now I think I am blocked from any more available casino networks after these two, so hopefully no more falling of the wagon. My gambling spends are small, €50 to €100 at a time so it's not making any big difference but falling of the wagon is still annoying.

Uverite se da su vaše Gorivire transakcije 3dSecure, ako nisu, najverovatnije možete da ih vratite. Prošle su mi neke transakcije, a da nisam morao da ih odobrim u svojoj aplikaciji, što znači da su šanse za uspešan povraćaj sredstava veće. Samo treba da pomenete da nisam odobrio ovu transakciju. Jer nisi. Generalno mislim da se to dešava ako odbijete transakciju zbog toga što vam dodaju naknade od 2-3 evra. Obično stavljam samo 100 € koje želim da potrošim na Revolut i napravim depozit za 100 €. ako pokušaju da mi naplate €102 ili €103, ja to jednostavno odbijam. Ponekad sistemi plaćanja koje kazina koriste automatski ponovo pokušavaju da vam naplate, a ponekad, da bi odobrili svoju stopu uspeha, preskoče pitanje 3dSecure. Ove je verovatno lakše naplatiti. Make sure your Goriwire transactions are 3dSecure, if not, you can actually most likely charge them back. I've had some transactions go through without me having to approve them in my app, which means the chance of making a sucessful chargeback is higher. You need only to mention that I did not approve this transaction. Because you didn't. In general I think this happens if you decline a transaction due to them adding like 2-3 euros fees. I normally only put the €100 I want to spend on Revolut and make a deposit for €100. if they try to charge me €102 or €103 I just decline it. Sometimes the payment systems the casinos use automatically re-tries to charge you, and sometimes, to approve their success rate, they skip the 3dSecure question. These are probably easier to charge back. But these are most likely not as common either due to the high risk.

Dobio sam odgovor od Ekpressiveere i ArtaiBui-a, odnosno odgovorili su na žalbu iako sam imao druge sporove protiv njih koje sam dobio.
Odgovor je bio da odbijem povraćaj novca, ali nisu odgovorili meni lično već Revolut chargeback timu, zanima me kakve dokaze ovog puta imaju pri ruci, jer poslednji slučaj nisu imali.
I čudno je kako su i ArtaiBui i Ekpressiveera odgovorili u isto vreme, verovatno su jedno te isto. Zanima me kako su dokazali da sam kupio AI usluge od 3400€ kada su njihove cene 2,3€ po usluzi, ali molim vas.
Žao mi je što Revolut ne može da mi pokaže koji dokaz je poslao da bi mogao da ga ospori, ali to je to, siguran sam da ovog puta neću dobiti slučaj.
