Nisam siguran da je bilo nešto konkretno, samo se sećam da je to bilo muka u ćaskanju uživo, a onda su rekli da zbog prirode toga morate pozvati. Kada sam ih nazvao, samo sam rekao da želim da se kockam, ali ova kompanija je umesto toga uzela novac i objasnila netačne kodove.
Mislim da je to pravi pogodak i promašaj od ovih banaka, osvrćući se na ovu temu kada se pokrene povraćaj sredstava, onda vrlo retko dolazi do povratka od ovih trgovaca, možda jedan ili dva, ali izgleda da su neosporni i mi to dobijamo nazad.
Nadam se da će se sve srediti za vas, imam mešavinu kreditne kartice (vidim rezultat kao što sam pokušao pre samo dva dana) i debita (čekajući da prođe iz čekanja), nadam se da smo svi ovde za nekoliko nedelja i slavimo naše novac nazad haha

Not sure there was anything specific, I just remember it being a pain on the live chat then they said due to the nature of it you must call up. When I called them I just said I wanted to gamble but this company has taken money instead, and explained the incorrect codes.
I think it’s real hit and miss from these banks, looking back over this thread once chargeback is initiated then there are very rarely any comebacks from these merchants maybe one or two but it seems like they go uncontested and we get it back.
Hopefully all gets sorted for you, I have a mix of credit card (seeing the outcome as only tried two days ago) and debit (waiting for it go from pending) going through, hopefully we are all on here in a few weeks celebrating our money back haha
