I got one chargeback for pixeleum and Finn art.io, wintermads is being looked into and so far chase bank has denied my chargeback for lunu.io, everything went smoothly until I mentioned lunu.io and they have denied any claim straight away saying it goes against Mastercards chargeback rules as it’s to do with gambling, this is odd as my previous chargeback was successful for the same reason.

Hi, I ordered a refund from a merchant and asked my bank and they have opened a complaint with Revolut. They said they would investigate and have blocked my Revolut accounts. Has this happened to anyone else????

Generic reply, got a similar response from goldenbet (both casinos operate under Santeda international B.V.) whilst to a degree they're right, they also have a responsibility to KYC their customers so if you completed that beforehand they should have refused you service, which i'm assuming they most definitely didn't. What was the merchant that came up on your statement out of curiosity?

Oni tačno znaju šta rade, ne brini. Samo uzimaju novac odakle je najbolje. Nemačka, UK, Skandinavija itd. Čak i da su te verifikovali, pustili bi te da igraš, pare ponekad oteraju sve brige 😉 I kao što sam već napisao, a izgleda da još niko nije shvatio: ONI SU KRIMINALCI . To znači da za te ljude nema zakona.
