It’s just still pending, I only did it on the 2/02/24 so they keep telling me it’s still within the 7-10 business days, so the fiannce team told me my winnings will go to a certain bank account I gave them with my bank statement I supplied them

I don't think there is any need to be negative yet as you have only just made your withdrawal recently. I see that the verification was successful, so now you will have to be patient and I firmly believe that you will get the money.

Hi, I saw that you also had a complaint filed against this casino and it ended up being unresolved because the casino didn't resolve it in the end. 

I assume you have been waiting for this money for quite a long time. Are you still in contact with the casino and have you had any updates from them regarding your money ?

I have been nagging them every 3 hours via automated emails. They respond with the same responses for the most part.

However, I'm wondering if you'll eventually be able to get your money out or if the casino will just ignore you. What does the casino give you as a reason for not having your money ? Is it still the same templates ? 

It’s different templates depending on the rep, but they say the same thing.

However, you still haven't heard anything and the casino is not dealing with you or ignoring you ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal process, so if you will be still at the same point, then I recommend you file a complaint. 😕
