Moja uplata još nije izvršena, poslali su mi poruku na VhatsApp-u da će moj zahtev za povlačenje ponovo biti poništen.

Ovo nije uobičajeno, kao što sam rekao u drugim kladionicama u kojima učestvujem, uvek je zahtev za povlačenje napravljen ispravno, na vreme.

I won over 3000 from this casino. I can only withdrawal $800 max per 24 hours (with 3 max active withdrawals). Their T&C states that withdrawals are processed within 3 days. It's been almost 2 weeks. I have contacted support several times and they assure me that I will receive my payment, it just has been delayed. They never asked for KYC docs, I enquire about this several times and said I'm happy to send them in, but they said it's not required at this point. Should I be worried? This casino is so highly rated on this site but the long delay is starting to raise my concerns. Has anyone been successfully paid by this casino recently?

Hey there.

As far as I can tell, the casino pays; otherwise, the Safety Index would be much lower, but its user feedback is rather bad and withdrawals seem not to be smooth. 🙁

Just for days ago someone stated:

"Very slow withdrawal processing time. T&C states 3 days but it has been over a week and no payment have been received."

Hi,

Just giving an update on the payment issue. I just received payment in my crypto wallet so I can confirm that this casino do in fact pay but it is very slow, in my case I waited close to 2 weeks. So I do recommend this casino because it's pretty good, but only if you don't mind waiting a while to receive your winnings, but if you expect fast payment then it's best to play elsewhere. But they are legit and will eventually pay.

Thanks Radka. I do try to be as fair as possible in my reviews so that they can be somewhat helpful to others rather than just being reactive. I think an average scoring is fair because like I mentioned, apart from the slow payment, everything else about them was pretty good. (although to be honest, I'm not sure if I'll be playing there again any time soon)

And thanks Casino Guru for providing an invaluable resource to the online gambling community, I do heavily rely on this site to make informative decisions about whether to play at particular casinos. Although I personally don't think Casinoly should be rated a 9.8, that seems extremely high for a site that takes almost 2 weeks to pay your winnings. I would think that a 9.8 scoring would be indicative of a casino that pays at least within 24 hour. Sites such as Bitstarz deserve their high rating because withdrawals are processed almost instantly (within minutes to 1 hour)

But anyway, that's really just my personal opinion, and I do understand other factors are considered when calculating their scores. Hopefully they'll listen to feedback and try to improve their withdrawal processes.

This is one of the best posts I've read in a while. I'm glad that some players are aware and that they contribute like you. Sometimes it's good to take your time on user review and after the whole process evaluate things that players find useful.

Casinoli je veoma komplikovan za plaćanje, da nije trebalo toliko dugo da se plati ...... Mislim da bih se vratio da igram

Verovatno se neću vratiti, ako mi uopšte plate.

Podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje 9., danas je 13. i dalje ništa..... nažalost. Ne preostaje ništa drugo nego da čekam, ako poništim povlačenje i ponovo postavim zahtev, onda će se rep zaista okrenuti.

Ovo kašnjenje u plaćanju je dosadno.

Kada uplaćujemo depozite, to je kao munja na njihovom računu.

Obrnuto za igrače.

They will pay. It’s just very slow. 9th to 13th that’s only 4 days. It took almost 2 weeks before I received my payment. But they do pay in full. Whatever you do, don’t cancel it, don’t play down your balance because you’re sick of waiting. Just be patient, it’s annoying but I can confirm that they will pay you. Wait at least 2 weeks before you take any action.

Po njima isplata traje između 1 i 3 radna dana....pura mentira..... ukratko.

So yeah they don't honour their terms at all, but my point is, they do end up paying, it's just extremely slow so I think it's up to you whether you choose to come back or not. I'm not too sure myself whether I would be a regular returning player here.

Also, please know that usually whenever you make a withdrawal, there are more things to verify from the side of the casino than they need to whenever it comes to deposits. That is the main reason why the timeframe can be so different, you know.

I haven't made another deposit since. I'm actually still waiting for another withdrawal to be processed because there was a limit on how much I can withdrawal each time. The last $800 is still pending. It's coming close to 2 weeks again. So it seems like the delay payment is across the board. I think they need to put that in their terms and conditions, and not say it takes 3 days because that is clearly not true. If they state it takes 2 weeks, then players wouldn't complain because if the T&C states 2 weeks for payment and they decide to play it means they have agreed to those terms. I always read the T&C before I play at any casino, and Casinoly said 3 days, which I agreed to, but in reality it is around 2 weeks before your withdrawal are processed. I'll probably take a long break from this casino after i receive my last payment

Yeah. I surely understand your point.

It would really be for the best if it was stated in their terms, but maybe it is not always the case, and sometimes it could be faster. You know what I mean.
