It has been ongoing for 2 months. I deposited £35075.00 they allowed this even though their terms and conditions state uk customers are not allowed to deposit real money.

After "reviewing/investigating " my case for almost 2 months, they responded that they will refund 20% of my losses to make it "fair for us both". The "team" have still not communicated thus with me. I emailed again asking what is going on and up until now they have just ignored me.

Well this company is ploughing a lot of money in advertising;Trying to establish its reputation. The problem is 3 x playthrough on your deposit encourages problem gambling. As mentioned,I won amounts from £100+ which they paid out without complete KYC. I then asked for £500 payout from which they requested a driving licence, they did accept this immediately, and paid out next day. Then I won £2,500 after playing some winnings off and they requested proof of payment method.
