Definitely, we will be here and I hope you will be able to withdraw earlier this time. 

However, I wouldn't count on it because even according to the experience of other players it takes about 1-2 weeks to get their money. I probably wouldn't expect them any sooner. But maybe the casino will surprise both of us. 🙂

Hey, why didn't the casino want to pay you your money ? What exactly is the problem, did you get a justification ? Have you been verified by the casino or not ?

Reading over this thread, seems to be a lot of negatives and not a lot of positives for KM (and often the driving force behind someone sharing their 'story').

Just wanted to drop a quick msg and say I did in fact have a *reasonable* experience with KM, having deposited $150, claiming a bonus, winning, KYC'ing, and then withdrawing $800, all within the space of 5 days (Aug 11th to Aug 16th).

I've posted a review on the KM casino page (pending currently), but it outlines my thoughts and experiences a little more.

Hope it contributes in someway.

i requested my first withdrawal on 21/11 it’s now the 28/11 and nothing has been processed even going past 5 business days as per described "no later than"


I’ve read through the forums here & can see people get paid days 10-14, which is just wrong regardless however will come back to this thread if I still haven’t received anything & will lodge a complaint here to be chased up


If anyone can throw some clarity my way much appreciated as I have a lot of money in this casino that I would like my peace of mind to be able to cope

I sympathize with you in this situation and you summed up the process well. The casino is late in making withdrawals but they should always explain what is going on and give the rassurance to the player so they don't have to worry.

If 14 days have passed and you haven't received anything, be sure to let us know and we will try to help you. I hope you will get your money by then and there will be no need to complain.

Hmm, so far I haven't seen a successful closed complaint or user review that says so. No one here on the forum has written anything like that yet either. But if you've been browsing this thread, you'll have seen that we give the casino 14 days to pay the player. If that doesn't work, we can try to help you if you are interested and we will contact the casino. 

Anyway, they didn't tell you anything about this delay? I would be a little worried about a week.
