It is just your luck I suppose I am amazed myself especially getting the 2nd amount I would say it was timing as I think no one will get it soon, perhaps skill and proving I was a genuine case by seeking proper help as well possibly I am not sure to be honest but there are others who got more back on here but yes it is sad for the ones who never I feel for them

Hi please be aware the name I gave you is their website and they have no contact information other than a phone number at the bottom of their page which doesn’t even work so I’m not sure how to contact them but that is who CLMNT are I had it confirmed by Wise.

I raised this back in June Took bank until October to give me a decision Various Cs kept telling me over the months case was open then closed rejected will keep being rejected .kept getting emails saying still being investigated. Blabla bla .no one seemed to know what was going on One advisor told me Nope its definitely closed and it will keep getting rejected sorry there's nothing more we can do .then I get a phone call from a supervisor telling me he's invigating my claim asking me really personal q about my health what treatment I am getting why I stopped my treatment non of your god dam buissness .I was in tears on phone as this was very private and personal. He told me he was not back in office until the tue it was Saturday eve when he called .He said he will make a decision and let me know on Tuesday. So i told him .hang on but I have already been told the decision that the case had been denied and its closed and anytime that it's reopened it's going to be instantly rejected so what decision have you got to make and what's the point of this call .He said oh erm ???I will call on Tuesday. Tuesday came and call came too .yep as i expected claim denied .no rhyme or reason just a sorry we can't help .2 weeks later recived a letter saying we rejected your claim on the grounds that you accessed your online banking using IP address giving a ip address when I searched this ip address it was a financial investment company colbot something or another .My IP address is not even registerd to my home address my ip address is registered at my sons buissness data center 100s of miles away and changes every time I log in I think that's what he said don't quote me .He speaks all this jargon he does all this cyber security and software developer builds data centers for buissness .Belive me he would murder me if he only knew half of it .Thankfully I have learnt my lesson and sought help and thank God for this group it's been a great help and support .But to be honest I am not holding my breathe with the FO.

Hey hun ,I am.having a bit of a dispute with these guys turns out that not only they are byte news they are also Eduntage. Both send me basically copy and paste emails both companies ran by people with same surnames .In emails they want ID of me when I refused to send ID .All i sent was card numbers with obscured parts and bank statments with transactions from Cc and bank with all personal information obscured also as soon as I sent this they said they can't find these transactions even though they are clearly visible on statments i even sent literally merchant details authorisation codes everything provided by bank but yet they can't find it they need my ID .give me a break I am not an idiot I know how refunds work I have processed a few in my time .once they have the ID then they can fabricate invoices for purchases .I made it also know how can I purchase anything from non existent websites ? And under data protection laws and rights i do not have to provide any ID unless they suspect me of committing fraud which is comical considering they are the ones under scrutiny for ilegal transactions .They are digging there heels in they need my ID .I Cc in my bank and CC company also but as you said when they respond to me they do not Cc in banks

Think I’m gonna have to go down the chargeback route with this one.

I have been following the thread since the beginning and am appalled at just how bad Mastercard issuers seem to be behaving.

As soon as they hear the word gambling they immediately tell the customer that Mastercard doesn't allow us to chargeback gambling transactions. Obviously if Mastercard had a code similar to 12.7 of VISA it would make things so much easier.

I have written to Mastercard in the US to ask them why they make it so difficult for their customers who have been scammed by illegal websites using fake merchants to be able to make a chargeback and they just told me they are looking into it. I can assure you they aren't looking into it as they are making millions off these miscoded transactions.


Can I ask if you know the exact code that your bank used for charging back under miscoding on a Mastercard debit card.

Dsserv yes, last week I raised and they refunded through the chargeback a couple of days later!

have heard that Dsserv is Destream, I’m hoping so as I have some more to raise with my other bank account.

I raised a chargeback with them on Tuesday and got a notification from my bank on Wednesday that the money will be refunded in 3-5 days.


I had been sending emails but no response but didn’t have any issues with the chargeback!
