Hi can anyone help me, so I’m currently going through the process of contacting various merchants with the help of this forum, thankyou! I’ve received 1 response from a gaming company who has actually confirmed transactions made via them although they have said that I have purchased several ‘gaming keys’, I have than responded with all 18 transactions listed on my banking statement. Now they have fallen silent, just wondering how likely it is I will actually see these refunded! .. also contacted Loki casino asking for a full refund on deposits due to incorrect MCC, initially the response was very quick from them and they had said that they were working on my request, I haven’t heard anything back yet. I am still to hear from other merchants. Am I doing everything correct? Is there more I could be doing? Thankyou in advance!

Contact both casinos and merchants if no response then move onto bank with all proof that you have contacted. Don’t use a copy and paste email, they are wise to it make it fit your circumstances and include as much as you can find to let them know you won’t be fobbed off. Some merchants can’t be found because they simply don’t really exist as an entity. If you know the payment processor they used go to them.


personally I have received 3 casino refunds. A hefty amount of chargebacks and am currently negotiating settlement with a processor and have a complaint with the FO regarding another. The processors were the most difficult, but they are regulated by the fca and using a website traffic tracker I was able to prove beyond doubt that they were involved as more than a processor with many of the websites. Dig deep, reasearch and you can fight them to the end and win!!

That’s all great information, I’m really not a tech savvy person, I do have transaction receipts from the casino that are date stamped so I can trace them back to the payment processor via bank statements. That’s amazing that you was able to receive refunds!

Oh I’m not tech savvy by any means however my fight made me hunt till I couldn’t hunt anymore. I saved every detail then went back and pulled it all together. I’m sure you will get refunds too. If I can help I will I just need to be very careful what I say in here !!

Just had a surprising email from webmosaic (WBMSC) asking for my details including blanked card number and date of the transactions. Could mean they are refunding?
