I had account at casinosky I think that has the same company. Ive closed my account there for I didnt like the casino there. Had a few withdraws there aswell with no problem.

I do not have a self exclusion at any other casino of their brand.

Even my account was verified at paradiseplay casino. But when I wanted to withdraw the 10.000 euro all problems came.

And out of nowhere I got this email closure of my account for my wellbeing.

So they steal my money for my wellbeing aswell!? I won that fair and square and did not break any rule. Or else they would describe that as the reason they confiscating my money.


This is just bulls*t reason to not pay out.

Sure they can close my account what they want. But why keep my money then!? If i didnt broke any rule. Because they just dont want to pay my winnings!

Yes, in that case I think you are right and if the casino wants to close your account they can do so, but I don't think it is right to just void your winnings. 

Therefore, it is definitely right that you have decided to file a complaint and our team will try to help you as it is quite unfair from my point of view. We'll see where we get and what we find out. I hope for a fair resolution and hopefully you will get your money back. 🙂

I hope so too. But for what I read they are not even responsive. So i think it will be a hard case to get them even to respond.

They are professional thieves, it's sad that online casinos like these can still operate. What they did to me was crazy, they basically kept telling me I couldn't withdraw the 8000 euro I had because the bank account I gave up was not valid, even after withdrawing other smaller winnings there with the same bank account. They kept returning back my balance into my account, the cooling off gambling tools didn't work either. In the end I lost all my money because I couldn't withdraw.

I wrote about this on CasinoMeister to warn people about these people.

Even went as far to let CasinoMeister mediate between us but they didn't respond to CasinoMeister. CasinoMeister wrote a warning about them. Steer clear people!

I read your case and I also noticed that you also had a complaint filed with us, but the casino did not address your situation and did not comment. That is why it has a pretty low safety index and if it does the same in other cases, it will be even lower. 

I guess I don't have to say I'm sorry you lost a lot of money because even if I am, there's obviously nothing more that can be done about it. The only positive thing about this situation is that the players have the opportunity to see how the casino has treated the players and decide not to deposit here. 

I hope you won't come across anything like this again in the future. 🙁

Nisu čak ni odgovorili na CasinoMeister koji je veliki forum za kockanje.

Sabine, ja lično mislim da možeš reći zbogom novcu. Ako ignorišu onda treba da znate da više nemaju nameru da vam daju novac. I meni su to uradili. Napravio sam mnogo naloga i čim sam poslao svoje ime nalog je ignorisan.

Mislim da vas je sramota, kažete da ste videli moje upozorenje na CasinoMeister-u, ali ste ipak počeli da igrate na Plaiboom-u. Kakav otpad.

Da i ja tako mislim. Ali sve dok im pošaljem e-poštu i dobijem automatsku e-poštu podrške, nisam blokiran. Tako da ostajem u nadi.


Nažalost, prekasno sam primetio da je Paradise Casino isto što i Plaiboom i tek sam kasnije pročitao o njemu. Inače je, naravno, nikada ne bih započeo. Kazinoski je takođe njihov i lepo se isplatio. Zato sam počeo da se igram sa njima.

Ne znajući da će vas prevariti ako imate veliku pobedu.


Inače, znam jednog Holanđanina koji je igrao na Plaiboom24 i izvukao licencnu kartu. Ako nemate KSA licencu. I nakon mnogih e-poruka dan i noć, konačno je dobio nazad svoje depozite. Ali on ih je zaista bombardovao mejlovima i niotkuda je dobio e-poštu sa povraćajem depozita.

Playboom and Playboom24 including the casino that she played at don't care about CasinoGuru or any forum. They know that people with a gambling problem will keep on playing there even after a warning.

Yes I understand what you are saying and if the casino ignores the complaint it will get black points. This way I don't think it will have a good reputation and less and less people will deposit. That's what I would like to see.

I also wrote Playboom today that I want my deposits back, they asked me my name and birthdate, sent it to them. Haven't had any response, giving them a few days. I told them that the Dutch Gambling Authority is actively pursuing illegal online casino's operating in the Netherlands. We will see what they say/do.

I didnt but I know people who had a refund because of the no liscense thing. So keep sending them emails!
