On the other hand, not every casino is happy to verify each new member, imagine it costs them time and people. And it's fair to say that many players just deposit a few times, lose it all, and never make it to the actual withdrawal request:

"and without depositing I asked for verification first but they denied and said no need of verification you can deposit and withdraw"

Needless to say, I could not figure out what issue you are currently facing at this casino.

I am still waiting for my documents to get verified but I haven't found any support from anyone.what I have done wrong, untill and unless I loose money no body ask me for document verification but as soon as I try to withdraw money then document verification needed.I still have no issues with document verification as I uploaded the documents on the same day but still my documents are not verified.if you believe you are fair in play then don't cheat people in the name of fair play.i am still waiting for your response and believe you will help me in getting my money .

I surely do understand your point of view, just understand please, that KYC is a process which is very important and may take a few days, actually. Usually online casinos ask players to verify their account only when it comes to the withdrawal, just because it would be really time consuming to verify every player, especially if someone would only like to try the casino once, let's say.

Hi, what does it mean that account verification takes longer ? How long has it been ? We give casinos 14 days for this process as it is very important for the casino as well as for the player. Do you also have a problem with some documents or is the casino still checking them ? What did you have to send ?

Hello, I don't think it's so much if you wait only two days. Did you send the casino all the documents they needed ? Try to give them some time to check everything and I think once they have it they will get to you and update you. 

For now, just keep a cool head and wait. 🙂

Hi Jaro, verification is okay but we should allow to draw some funds.

It seems Rajabets wantedly do this. Why don't you decrease there rating. Is the term instant deposit and instant withdrawal matches?

Because it's not something we would give a rating down for. It doesn't take long at all, and while you're doing the verification, it's perfectly normal that you can't withdraw. When you finish it then it should be better. Also, sometimes you don't make withdrawals right away, that's also pretty common. You have to be a bit patient and if something comes up that you don't know what to do with, you can let me know.

Hi Jaro, Now it is 5 days Rajabets did not complete the verification. I send them my bank statements as well. There is no time line only message I get all the time when i contacted support team as below:

The Live Support is not authorized to complete or intervene with your verification request. Risk Department will check your documents, and you can see the status of your verification process from where you uploaded the documents. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, that's why you have to be a little patient. I wouldn't worry right away. Give the casino some time to check what is needed and they will let you know if you have passed or if there is anything else you need to add. Live chat is unfortunately right and doesn't deal with such things but it is checked in another department. 

So try to keep a cool head and wait some more. 🙂

Hi, it's definitely not right, it looks like a scam. The casino should never ask you for a password and username, so definitely don't do that. You have to be careful in these cases.

Nevertheless, did you write to this email about verification or did it come to you without you writing anything ?

I got email from them to provide the details and I completely shocked. Therefore, seek support from your side to withdraw my funds. Now it's 7 days still they don't verify my account. Request you to consider my request in taking the necessary action on Rajabets.


I also see many punters face this issue when they won some money.

It's a pretty sad situation when it's like this, because in order to get the money you have to be verified first. So we'll see how it goes on and what changes. If nothing, we'll try to help.

It is important to say that we give casinos 14 days to resolve this process. So obviously you will have to be patient. Also our resolvers are trying to get to the players as soon as possible, but you are not the only one with a complaint, so you may have to wait a bit. I know it's not the most pleasant situation, but I believe you can handle it. 

Anyway, the casino still hasn't sent you anything? Have you tried checking your emails and spam folder and stuff ?

Hi Jaro, It completes 10 days in the name of verification by RAJABETS. Still they say no concerte time for verification. As per the 14 days process as you told wll be waiting more 4 days. I appreciate your team working on my request.
