Revolut je odbio povraćaj sredstava u roku od 1 minuta.


Ovoga puta je to bio „Depot alata za torte, Ibadan"


Odgovor je bio kao i obično „Pregledali smo vaš slučaj i nažalost ova transakcija ne ispunjava uslove za povraćaj sredstava"


Nisu 100% ni pregledali, nema šanse da su pročitali moj tekst i dokaze koje sam poslao za 1 minut.


Ili su označili moj Revolut nalog ili nešto što znači da je sve što odaberem za otplatu odbijeno iako imam sva prava na svojoj strani.


Apsolutno bolesni, oni su apsolutno najgori.

That is what happened to me and a rejected complaint now after copying in the ombudsman they said its a chargeback fraud investigation💁


I sent loads of emails two days ago no replies yet so have started investigating the transactions myself for now bud.

Lepo je čuti da niste sami, čudna stvar je da je povraćaj sredstava u ovim prodavnicama prevara u prošlosti funkcionisao preko Revolut-a, ali odjednom se sve automatski odbija, čini se da čak ni ne pregledaju više slučajeva.


Revolut je očigledno odgovorio na ARN, kaže da je u toku revizija i da mogu da ga pročitam kada se završi sa pregledom.


Dakle, delim šta Revolut odgovara na sve ovo čim saznam

My bank as soon as i make a chargeback gets denied. Its AI, automated when you're account is flagged its flagged no removing it
