Dana 13.05.23. u 10:37 po nemačkom vremenu .
Dao sam razlog:
Jednostavno mi se više ne igra. To je jedini razlog.
Izgleda da podršku za Hotbet ne zanima šta želim i šta pišem.
Zaposleni u KAI-u mi je pisao 13.05.23. u 14:00 da navede razlog zašto želim da zatvorim/otkažem svoj nalog.
Kao što sam rekao, napisao sam:
Jednostavno mi se više ne igra. To je jedini razlog.
Moj razlog verovatno nije prihvaćen!
I da ne želim da trajno zatvorim svoj nalog.

Već sam se odjavio sa biltena.
Uslovi i odredbe navode da treba da napišete e-poruku Hotbet podršci ako zatvorite nalog.
Uradio sam to, ali Hotbet ne prihvata moje otkazivanje/zatvaranje.
U Opštim uslovima se navodi i tačka 3. Račun i lični podaci
3.15. Računi koji nemaju zabeleženu aktivnost u periodu od 6 meseci smatraju se neaktivnim. Ukoliko nalog bude neaktivan 6 uzastopnih meseci ili duže (bez depozita i aktivnosti klađenja/igara), Hot.bet zadržava sva prava da ugasi nalog klijenta, i stoga se sva neplaćena sredstva gube.
Nemački :
3.15. Nalozi koji nisu bili aktivni u periodu od 6 meseci smatraju se neaktivnim. Ukoliko nalog bude neaktivan (bez depozita i aktivnosti klađenja/igara) 6 uzastopnih meseci ili više, Hot.bet zadržava sva prava da ugasi nalog korisnika i sva neplaćena sredstva će biti izgubljena.
Da li moram da čekam 6 meseci dok Hotbet ne izbriše moj neaktivan nalog jer osoblje za podršku ne želi da prihvati moje otkazivanje sada?
Konačno sam odlučio:
Moj Hotbet nalog bi trebalo da bude trajno i odmah zatvoren/ukinut... bez dalje rasprave o tome!

I did that, but Hotbet doesn't accept my cancellation/closure.

Das habe ich gemacht, aber Hotbet akzeptiert meine Kündigung /Schließung nicht.

Regarding the status of the account, please keep in mind that it was closed on the same day that the request was submitted - 13th of May 2023. Once the closure was implemented a confirmation e-mail was also sent to the Player.

Ne mogu više da se registrujem tamo.
Ne znam da li je kazino zaista zatvorio moj račun istog dana (13.05)...jer zaposleni žele da znaju pravi razlog zašto želim da otkažem svoj račun pre zatvaranja.
Pored toga, zaposleni su prvo pokušali da me ubede da ostanem sa boljim ponudama (bonusima i sl.).
Verovatno kazino nije zatvorio moj nalog do 19.05.23... nakon što je Hotbet odgovorio ovde na Casino.Guru.
Ne znam kada i da li je zapravo zatvoren ili sam samo banovan (pa nisam mogao da se prijavim danas), jer nemam dokaz za to.
Ovde je samo izjava Hotbet-a, pre 3 dana.

Ob das Casino aber tatsächlich noch am selben Tag (13.05) mein Konto geschlossen hat, weiß ich nicht...denn die Mitarbeiter wollen ja ,vor der Schließung, erst einmal den richtigen Grund wissen, warum ich mein Konto kündigen will.
Außerdem haben die Mitarbeiter auch erstmal versucht mich zum bleiben zu überreden, mit besseren Angeboten (Bonus usw).
Möglich, dass das Casino mein Konto auch erst am 19.05.23 geschlossen hat...nachdem Hotbet hier bei Casino.Guru geantwortet hat.
Wann und ob es tatsächlich geschlossen wurde oder ich erst einmal nur gesperrt wurde (so dass ich mich heute nicht anmelden konnte), weiß ich nicht, denn dafür habe ich keinen Beweis.
Es gibt nur dazu die Aussage von Hotbet hier, vor 3 Tagen.

User feedback is an important source of information for companies to help them to improve their services, so there is nothing bad with the questions of the casino. On the other hand, it is your right not to answer them or don't provide any specific reasons if you don't want to. The main thing here is that you are no longer able to access your casino account so you will not be able to to play. I would consider your account closed/blocked. If you decide in the future that you would like to play in the casino again, you should contact casino support first to reopen your account. Please bear in mind that opening multiple accounts is not allowed in almost every casino.
