Zdravo, pročitao sam vašu recenziju i žalbe igrača na Milkivins Casino. Bojim se da imam potpuno iste probleme, moja poslednja tri zahteva za povlačenje su odbijena zbog Milkivins najpoznatijeg izgovora „tehničke greške". Dakle, prvo sve što moram da kažem da se osećam apsolutno prevarenim od strane ovog kazina, deponovao sam skoro 7800 evra u poslednjih nekoliko godina, međutim, od toga sam deponovao oko 1800 evra početkom februara 2024. Nakon što sam deponovao navedeni iznos, Uspeo sam da podignem svoj dobitak do oko 3350 €. Međutim, kada sam podneo zahteve za povlačenje, stvari su krenule po zlu, pre svega, mi pokušavamo da pronađemo načine da odbijemo moja dokumenta....njihovi izgovori da smo moja glava nisu bili dovoljno na slici dok su me držali pasoš, onda kada sam ispravio taj problem, onda su tražili sliku bankovne kartice koja je istekla pre 18 meseci (kako dođavola da dobijem sliku bankovne kartice koju više nemam?)... U svakom slučaju, nakon telefonskog razgovora u dva navrata sa Milkivins korisničkim operaterima (usput sam snimio i razgovor za provajdera kreditne kartice i banku) pokušavamo da pronađemo bilo kakav mogući razlog da zaustavimo isplatu dobitaka. Pa sam im rekao da imam snimke ekrana e-pošte i ćaskanja uživo i rekao sam im da sam snimio razgovore sa operaterima korisničke službe. Rekao sam im da idem kod svoje banke i dobavljača kreditne kartice sa dosijeom dokaza koji imam i da ću započeti postupak vraćanja naplate na moje bankovne kartice. Dakle, ovo je svakako privuklo njihovu pažnju i imao sam tri uspešna podizanja novca u poslednje tri nedelje od kada sam rekao da kontaktiram svoje banke. Međutim, sada imam velikih problema sa pokušajem da podignem svoje dobitke, još uvek imam 2145 evra na svom računu, ali osećam da se Milkivins Casino nadaju da će me stalno odbijanje i odlaganje zahteva za povlačenje naterati da igram svoje dobitke, ali sam ih uveravao Ja to ne bih radio. Primetio sam na jednoj od drugih pritužbi koje imate od igrača, on navodi da Milkivins Casino neće isplatiti ako niste uplatili depozit u poslednjih mesec dana? Sada osećam da će to biti njihov novi izgovor i cilj sa odbijanjem plaćanja napred. Svaka pomoć ili savet bi bili veoma cenjeni, osećam se kao apsolutna budala koja ulaže toliko novca u ovaj kazino kada očigledno lažno odbija isplate sa brojnim izgovorima. Trenutno imam zahtev za povlačenje, ali se ne nadam da će ovo proći, znam da će reći da je došlo do još jedne tehničke greške. Pretpostavljam da je jedna dobra stvar što imam dosije dokaza protiv ovog kazina u vezi sa snimcima ekrana ćaskanja uživo i imejlova između predstavnika Milkivinsa i mene. Imam jednu e-poštu u kojoj me moj navodni lični menadžer ohrabruje da ne kontaktiram svoju banku i dobavljače kreditnih kartica jer me uverava da će plaćanje na zahtevima za povlačenje sredstava biti uspešno. Ne osećam se samouvereno u vraćanju dobitaka iz Milkivins kazina i osećam da je možda vreme da zamolim svoju kreditnu karticu i banku da uđu i vide šta mogu da urade.

Hi, i read your review and players complaints about Milkywins Casino. I'm afraid I'm having the exact same issues, my last three withdrawal requests have been rejected due to Milkywins most famous excuse the""techinal error"". So first off all I have to say i feel absolutely cheated by this Casino, ive deposited almost €7800 euros with the last couple years, however i deposited around €1800 euros of that at the beginning of February 2024. After depositing the stated amount, I managed to get my winnings upto around €3350. However once I made requests for withdrawals this is where things went wrong, first of all they we're trying to find ways of rejecting my documents....their excuses we're my head wasn't in the picture enough whilst holding my passport, then once i corrected that issue, they then wanted a photo of a bank card that expired 18 months ago (how the hell I'm i supposed to get a picture of a bank card i no longer have?)....anyway after having a phone conversation on two occasions with Milkywins customer services operators (by the way i recorded both conversation for my credit card provider and bank) they we're trying to find any reason possible to stop payment of winnings. So i told them i had screenshots of emails and live chats and i told them i had recorded the conversations with the customer service operators. I told them i was going to my bank and credit card provider with the dossier of evidence i have and i was going to start proceedings of charge backs to my bank cards. So this certainly got their attention and i have had three successful withdrawals in the space of the last three weeks since i said i was contacting my banks. However im now having huge issues trying to withdraw anymore of my winnings, i still have 2145 Euros sitting in my account, but i feel Milkywins Casino are hoping that keep rejecting and delaying withdrawal requests will make me play out my winnings, but i assured them I would not be doing that. I noticed on one of the other complaints that you have from player, he states that Milkywins Casino will not pay out of you haven't deposited in the last month? I now feel that this is going to be their new excuse and objective with refusing payments moving forward. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, I feel like an absolute fool depositing so much onto this Casino when it's clearly Fraudulently refusing payouts with numerous excuses. I have a current withdrawal request at the moment, however I'm not hopeful this will go through, I know they will say there's been another technical error. I suppose the one good thing is I have a dossier of evidence against this Casino with regards to screenshots of live chat and emails between Milkywins representatives and myself. I have one email where my supposed personal manager is encouraging me not to contact my bank and credit card providers as she assures me payment on withdrawal requests will be successful. I don't feel confident in recouping the winnings from Milkywins Casino and feel its maybe time to ask my credit card and bank to step in and see what they can do.
