Please note that many online casinos require players to complete the verification process only after the first withdrawal request has been submitted. Do I understand correctly that your account was blocked after you started verifying your account? Have you received any explanation from the casino for why your account was blocked? Is it temporary or permanent?
Could you kindly advise what identity documents you provided the casino with? Have any of them been approved?
