Kao moj kolega, Petronela je ranije rekla da je KIC veoma važan i suštinski proces.
Nijedan od ozbiljnih i licenciranih kazina ne shvata KIC olako i može potrajati nekoliko radnih dana da se ovaj temeljni proces završi.
Razumem da KIC proces ponekad može da bude frustrirajući, ali kazina moraju da poštuju pravila i propise, tako da, iako mogu da saosećam sa vama da ceo proces može biti lakši za korisnika ili brži, to je standardna procedura koju kazina koriste pravo na.
Nažalost, pošto ste odlučili da ne čekate da se ovaj proces završi i odlučili ste da nastavite da igrate sa sredstvima i izgubili ih, bojim se da se ovde više ništa ne može učiniti i primorani smo da odbijemo ovu žalbu.

As my colleague, Petronela previously stated KYC is a very important and essential process.
None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
I understand that the KYC process can be sometimes frustrating, but the casinos need to follow rules and regulations, so although I can empathize with you that the whole process can be done more user friendly or quicker, it is a standard procedure that the casinos are entitled to.
Sadly as you have decided not to wait until this process finishes and you decided to continue playing with the funds and lost them I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done here anymore and we are forced to reject this complaint.
Again, I understand your frustration and I can agree with you that the whole withdrawal process can be done more quickly and ideally, we would like to see the withdrawals to be processed the same day unfortunately this is not always possible because of various licensing regulations and rules.
I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
