Zdravo! Kontaktiram vas u vezi sa mojim problemima sa Mistake kazinom.
Pokušao sam da podignem 7007 EUR sa svog računa, ali je kazino odbio da obradi moje povlačenje. Stanje je objavljeno za povlačenje 14. juna. Uprkos uspešnom završetku procesa verifikacije i video verifikacije, Mistake je zadržao moja sredstva. Svoju odluku obrazložili su da im je potrebna dodatna provera.
Kasnije sam obavešten da sam, prema rezultatima provere, navodno prekršio deo 10. Uslova. Kao rezultat toga, moj bilans se smanjio sa 7007 EUR na 942,26 EUR. Odnosno, kazino je jednostrano konfiskovao sav moj dobitak i zadržao 20% mog poslednjeg depozita!
Ja se kategorički ne slažem sa argumentima koje sam naveo i insistirao sam na dokazima o kršenju sa moje strane. Apsolutno sam uveren da nisam prekršio pravila kazina! Kao što možete da pretpostavite, dokazi o mojoj krivici nisu obezbeđeni!!!
Tada su me optužili da imam istu IP adresu kao i drugi igrač za koga je utvrđeno da krši pravila kazina.
Kao odgovor na gore navedene informacije, ovim putem izjavljujem sledeće:
IP adresa koju pruža provajder je dinamička. Odnosno, ne mogu unapred znati koja će mi IP adresa biti dostavljena. Dakle, postoji mogućnost da IP adresa odgovara drugom igraču.
Prema važećem zakonodavstvu Jermenije (zemlje u kojoj živim), moje radnje su potpuno zakonite i u skladu sa zahtevima zakona.
Ne mogu i ne treba da odgovaram za nedozvoljeno ponašanje drugih igrača. Ako je drugi igrač prekršio pravila kazina, neka pobedi i konfiskuje ga. Kazino ne bi trebalo da pokriva svoje gubitke na račun mojih sredstava.
Nikada nisam koristio poverenje i nemam pojma da se koriste drugi sportisti. To su čisto njihovi lični problemi.
Kazino se ponašao sumnjivo – čim sam uspeo da generalizujem – kazino mi je odmah zaplenio dobitak i počeo da smišlja razne odnose.
Bio bih veoma zahvalan ako bismo mogli da radimo zajedno na rešavanju ovog problema. za vašu pažnju na ovu stvar.
Verujem da kazino ima finansijskih poteškoća i ne može da isplati moj dobitak. Ovo je jedini način na koji mogu opravdati takvo ponašanje kazina.

I tried to withdraw 7007 EUR from my account, but the casino refused to process my withdrawal. The balance was posted for withdrawal on June 14th. The IP address provided by the provider is dynamic. That is, I cannot know in advance what IP address I will be provided with. Thus, there is a possibility that the IP address may match another player.
According to the current legislation of Armenia (the country where I live), my actions are completely legal and comply with the requirements of the law.
I cannot and should not be held responsible for the illegal behavior of other players. If another player has violated the casino rules, let them win and confiscate it. The casino should not cover its losses at the expense of my funds.
I have never used any trust and have no idea that other athletes are being used. These are purely their personal problems.
