Good morning, I encountered an issue with my personal data regarding the proof of residence required to withdraw money from my account, and I wrote an email to KYC stating: "Good evening, I need help withdrawing my money from the MyStake casino account. The only thing preventing me from doing so is the proof of residence since I changed my address some time after entering my old residence on the account. My new address appears on my bank statement and doesn't match the one on the casino account. I was wondering if it would be possible to change the residence address on the account. Thanks in advance." However, they claim I violated the terms by entering false information of another person, which is not true, as all my details are correct. If needed, I can send a photo of myself with the date and time taken to verify that the documents I submitted are indeed mine. Despite this, they closed my account without concrete evidence that I was using false information, when in fact, I used my own documents. The reason for my email was merely to ask if it was possible to change the address on the account since I have moved, and my 2024 bank statement, which I need to provide as proof of residence, shows a different address from the one registered on the account. Moreover, from what I found online, another person had the exact same issue two years ago, which was resolved with your help through Casino Guru. I can also attach the link. Buongiorno, ho avuto un problema con i dati personali riguardanti la prova di residenza per ritirare i soldi dal conto e ho scritto un e-mail a KYC che cita: "Good evening, I need help to withdraw my money from the MyStake casino account, the only thing that prevents me from withdrawing my money is the proof of residence as I changed it some time after entering my old residence on the account, while on my bank statement the new address appears and therefore does not match that of the casino account, I was wondering if it was therefore possible to change the address of residence on the account, thanks in advance." tuttavia dicono che ho infranto il regolamento inserendo dati falsi di un'altra persona quando non è così visto che tutti i dati sono risultati giusti e se vuole le posso mandare pure una mia foto con l'orario del giorno stesso in cui la scatto accanto per verificare che effettivamente i documenti che ho messo nell'account sono miei perché sono io, detto ciò mi hanno chiuso l'account senza avere una prova certa che effettivamente stavo usando dati falsi quando in realtà come ho spiegato ho usato i miei documenti, la ragione della mail che ho mandato era quindi chiedere solo se fosse possibile cambiare indirizzo nell'account in quanto io ho cambiato indirizzo di residenza e nell'estratto conto 2024, che devo inserire come prova di residenza, spunta il nuovo indirizzo di residenza diverso da quello registrato nell'account, oltretutto informandomi su internet un altra persona due anni fa ha avuto lo stesso identico problema che è riuscito a risolvere grazie a un vostro aiuto tramite casinò guru, le posso anche allegare il link, spero che quindi riusciate a farmi riaprire il conto e se possibile cambiare l'indirizzo. hello, unfortunately I do not have proof of residence referable to the previous address. This was in fact entered by me, at the time, by mistake and in particular due to a malfunction of google maps which during the registration phase automatically identified an address different from mine. This erroneous address in fact, is the one that maps associates with the geolocation of my residence, even though it does not correspond to the exact address from a toponymic point of view. In essence maps calls the street where I live in a different way from how it actually is called, but the geographical location is identical.

As for the exact date, unfortunately I cannot access the requested information due to the

fact that I can't access the account. I still remember opening the account in 2023.

As for the documents, each of them has successfully passed the verification process.

ciao, purtroppo non possiedo una prova di residenza riferibile al precedente indirizzo. Questo era stato infatti da me inserito, a suo tempo, per errore ed in particolare a causa di un cattivo funzionamento di google maps che in fase di registrazione ha automaticamente individuato un indirizzo diverso dal mio. Questo indirizzo erroneo infatti, è quello che maps associa alla geolocalizzazione della mia residenza, pur non corrispondendo all’indirizzo esatto dal punto di vista toponomastico. In sostanza maps chiama la via dove risiedo in un modo diverso da come effettivamente si chiama, ma l’ubicazione geografica è identica.

Quanto alla data esatta, purtroppo non posso accedere all’informazione richiesta a causa del

fatto che non posso accedere all’account. Ricordo comunque di aver aperto il conto nel 2023.

Quanto invece ai documenti, ognuno di essi ha superato con successo il processo di verifica
