Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Is it possible for you to provide the casino with a bank statement showing your personal information including your card number and the deposits made into the casino?
Do I understand correctly that you contacted your bank asking for an official document showing your card number, but they refused to give it to you?
Is there any way to get your card details together with your name from your banking app or internet banking profile?
Have all your other identity documents been verified?
