Da bi svi videli, poslao sam ovo imejlom kazinoguruu: (jer opet kazinoguru odbija moju žalbu iz nekog razloga koji nije tačan)
Samoisključivanje se primenjuje samo na casinoski. Kao što se vidi na snimku ekrana.
Takođe razlog zašto sam zatvorio svoj nalog nije bio povezan sa zavisnošću od kockanja. Kao što je trebalo da pošaljem e-mail, a zatim im kažem da sam zavisnik od kockanja. Kao što je takođe prikazano na snimku ekrana.
Zato što sam osvojio 10 hiljada, oni jednostavno ne žele da isplate moj dobitak.
Uopšte nisam imao nikakvu zavisnost od kockanja. Čak ni u casinoskiju nisam imao problema sa zavisnošću.
Uložio sam nekoliko 100 i povukao nekoliko 100. Isključio sam se jer sajt na kojima igre više nije davao ništa.
Ako sami isključite/zatvorite nalog, to ne znači da ste problem kockar. Možda piše u opisu za koji mislite da možda često igrate. Ali ne piše da sam problematičan kockar. Imam problema, gubim mnogo novca pa želim da zatvorim svoj račun!

I opet, ako sami isključite, to bi bilo samo na veb lokaciji na kojoj igrate, a ne na drugim brendovima Sarah ltd. Kao što je ponovo prikazano na snimku ekrana.
Zaista samo zato što sam osvojio 10.000 evra ne žele da isplate moj dobitak. I označite me bez razloga.
Ali vidim da kazinoguru ponovo ne može ništa da uradi. Kao što sam već znao. Zato što je plaiboom itd. isti brend, a čak i tamo kazino ne reaguje na bilo kakve žalbe. I imaju mnogo crnih tačaka.
Zanimljiva činjenica je da sam zatvorio svoj nalog i na Plaiboom-u prošle godine. I mogao sam da igram na kazinoskiju šta god želim i da se povlačim kako sam hteo. Ali to nisu bili ogromni iznosi. Ali ako osvojite 10.000 evra, oni vas zastave? Dakle, stvarno ne vidite da je to prevara? ;) .
Ne znam ni zašto se trudim da odgovorim na ovo jer očigledno da ste za kazino tako često iz smešnih razloga.
Nisu mi čak ni vratili depozit od 150 evra, kako navode. Samo ignorišite svaku e-poštu koju pošaljem. I ne možete kontaktirati podršku uživo kada niste prijavljeni.
Ne otvaram drugi nalog samo da bih ćaskao sa njima jer će onda reći da imam dupli nalog. Onda bi imali solidan razlog i dokaz da mi privedu novac.
Depozit od 150 evra kao novi član nije ponašanje zavisnosti od kockanja.
Samoisključivanje na drugoj veb stranici (kazinoski) neće biti postavljeno na sve kazina brenda sarah.
To samoisključivanje je bilo zato što mi se tada nije dopao veb-sajt, a ne zato što sam bio zavisnik od kockanja. Tamo polažem samo nekoliko 100 i podižem nekoliko 100.
Zaključak: ako dobijete veliku pobedu u drugom kazinu, oni vas označe i kažu da uzimamo vam novac i zatvaramo vaš račun za vaše dobrobit?
Svaki slepac ili žena bi se složio da je ovo prevara.
I sve što kažete je .. da, video sam na veb-stranici kazinoskog, možete zatvoriti svoj nalog na neodređeno vreme... tako da to znači da ste zavisnik od kockanja (lol ne kaže ništa osim u redu) tako da mislimo da je paradisecasino u pravu da zatvori vaš nalog i zatvaramo ovu žalbu?

Also the reason I closed my account was not gambling addiction related. As I should have send a email then tell them im a gambling addict. As shown also at the screenshot.
Its because I won 10k they just dont want to pay out my winnings.
I didnt had any gambling addicted behaviour at all. Even at casinosky I didnt had any addicted problems.
Ive deposit a few 100 and withdraw a few 100. I self excluded because the website the games didnt gave anything anymore.
If you self exclude/close account it doesnt says your a problem gambler. It maybe says in the description you think maybe you play to often. But it does not says im a problem gambler i have problems i lose to much money so I want to close my account!

And again if you self exclude it would only be on the website you are playing on not on the other brands of Sarah ltd. As again shown on the screenshot.

But I see casinoguru once again cant do anything. As I already knew. Because playboom etc is same brand and even there the casino doesnt response on any complaints. And have many blackpoints.
Fun fact is ive closed my account on playboom aswell last year. And I could play on casinosky what ever I wanted and withdraw as I wanted. But those were not huge amounts. But if you win 10.000 euro they flag you?. So you really dont see that is a scam? ;) .
Dont even know why im bothering with responding on this because obviously you guys are in favor of the casino's so often for ridiclous reasons.
They didnt even refunded me the 150 euro deposit as they refer too. Just ignore every email I send. And you cant contact live supprot when not logged in.
Im not making a second account just to chat with them because then they will say I had a duplicate account. Then they would have a solid reason and proof to convisticate my money.
150 euro deposit as a new member is not gambling addiction behaviour.
Self exclusion on a other website ( casinosky ) will not be put on all casino's of the sarah brand.
That selfexclusion was because I didnt like thenwebsite not because I was gambling addicted. I only deposit there a few 100 and withdraw a few 100.
Conclusion: if you win big on a other casino they flag you and say yes we take away your money and close your account for you for wellbeing?
Any blind man or woman would agree this is a scam.
And all you say is .. yes ive seen on the website of casinosky you can close your account indefinitely... so that means you are a gambling addicteded ( lol doesnt say anything but okay ) so we think paradisecasino is right to close your account and we close this complaint?
