Nedavno sam položio 200 USD na ovu stranicu i napravio balans od 4200 USD.
Uprkos tome što sam mogao da se povučem više puta u prošlosti, sada ne mogu da se povučem jer opcije „privremeno nisu dostupne". To je zato što su zatražili dalji KIC/proces verifikacije.
To je meni bilo sasvim u redu, naravno, i tražili su određene dokumente. Na njihovom sajtu sam dostavio fotografije svog pasoša, kao i vozačku dozvolu. Pored ovoga, dao sam snimke ekrana bankovnih izvoda koji pokazuju moje depozite. Sve ovo je prihvaćeno.
Zatim su tražili selfi za pasoš. Ovo je uslov koji su implicirali:
Fotografije su tačne prema sledećim kriterijumima:
- fotografija ne bi trebalo da bude u ogledalu;
- podaci dokumenta ne bi trebalo da se preklapaju sa drugim objektima;
- sva 4 ugla dokumenta moraju biti uključena u okvir;
- fotografija ne treba da bude zamućena ili osvetljena/potamnjena;
- fotografija mora biti dobrog kvaliteta;
- celo vaše lice mora biti u okviru;
- ruka koja drži dokument mora biti potpuno u okviru;
- fotografija mora jasno da pokazuje da ste vi taj koji drži dokument;
Poslao sam ovo i rekli su da fotografija nije dovoljno jasna u svom kvalitetu. Zatim sam razgovarao sa timom za podršku nakon što sam napravio još jednu fotografiju, to je bilo jasnije, kako bi oni mogli da potvrde da ispunjava njihove opsežne zahteve. Razlog zbog kojeg sam želeo potvrdu putem ćaskanja podrške je bio taj da nisam morao da čekam još pet dana da njihov tim e-pošte odgovori. U ovom trenutku sam se intenzivno povezao sa njima u procesu verifikacije i vreme kašnjenja e-pošte je u proseku bilo 3-5 dana. Sve u svemu, bio sam u imejlu sa njima od početka juna.
Agent za podršku je potvrdio da je moja nova fotografija dovoljno kvalitetna i da ispunjava uslove. Rekao je da je dobro poslati e-poštu da ponovo pokrene proces verifikacije. Sačuvao sam ovaj razgovor, kao i sve e-poruke, i sa zadovoljstvom pružam fotografiju mog selfija u pasošu koja je iznad razumnog ispunjavanja njihovih očekivanja.
Trenutno čekam da odgovore na moju najnoviju e-poštu, ali očekujem da će ona ponovo biti odbijena i želeo sam da se obratim ovde u slučaju da se to dogodi. Despite being able to withdraw more than once in the past, I now am unable to withdraw due to the options being "temporarily not available". This is because they have requested a further KYC/verification process.
That was totally fine with me, of course, and they requested certain documents. On their site I have supplied photos of my passport as well as drivers license. In addition to this, I provided bank statement screenshots showing my deposits. These were all accepted.
Then, they asked for a passport selfie. This is the requirement they implied:
Photos are correct according to the following criteria:
- the photo should not be in a mirror image;
- the document data should not overlap with other objects;
- all 4 corners of the document must be included in the frame;
- the photo should not be blurred or lightened/darkened;
- the photo must be of good quality;
- your entire face must be in the frame;
- your hand holding the document must be completely in the frame;
- the photo must clearly show that you are the one holding the document;
I sent this and they said that the photo wasn’t clear enough in its quality. I then spoke with the support team after taking another photo, that was more clear, so that they could confirm that it met their extensive requirements. The reason I wanted confirmation through support chat, was so that I didn’t have to wait another five days for their email team to respond. At this point I had liased extensively with them in the verification process and the email lag time was on average 3-5 days. All in all, I have been in email back and forth with them since early June.
The support agent confirmed that my new photo was of high enough quality and met the requirements. He said it is good to send the email to the re-initiate the verification process. I have this chat saved, as well as all of the emails, and are happy to provide the photo of my passport selfie which is beyond reasonably meeting their expectations.
I am currently waiting for them to respond to my most recent email, but anticipate it will be rejected yet again, and wanted to reach out here in case this should happen. As mentioned, I am happy to supply the evidence as needed. Thank you Casinoguru, I hope this can be resolved. I have otherwise been happy with the website, and hope that Parimatch can resolve this issue for me.
