Zaista se nadam da možete da mi pomognete oko ovoga. Ovo je moja najveća pobeda i uslišena molitva da dobijem pravni savet protiv mog nasilnog bivšeg muža koji pokušava da mi oduzme decu. Samo da vam kažem koliko je ovo važno...
Igram sa krunskim novčićima oko 2 godine i napravio sam mnogo depozita i isplata. Često daju „besplatne stvari".
U početku, kada sam se registrovao, igrao sam koristeći svoj iPhone i registrovao se koristeći „prijava pomoću Apple-a". Pre otprilike mesec dana, dobio sam uređaj koji nije Apple i nisam mogao da koristim taj metod prijavljivanja jer to nije opcija.
Nevoljno sam (pošto sam bio zlatni viper) otvorio nalog preko Gugla i poslao poruku podršci da zatvorim drugi nalog i objasnim šta se desilo. Uspeo sam da verifikujem dokumenta i uplatim depozite, pa sam mislio da je sve u redu.
Ove nedelje sam osvojio 10 hiljada dolara (nakon sati igranja do te mere). Molitve su uslišene kao što je prethodno rečeno. Kada sam pokušao da iskoristim novac, pisalo je da su moji dokumenti na drugom nalogu i da se ne mogu verifikovati (čudno, pošto su verifikovani za depozit). Poslao sam poruku podršci i objasnio šta se dešava. Kada sam se vratio da proverim njihov odgovor, moj nalog je bio zatvoren. Dobio sam svoj stari telefon od ćerke i proverio stari nalog - još uvek je otvoren i DANAS (ne kada sam tražio da se zatvori) stigla je poruka u kojoj se navodi da treba da koristim taj nalog i da se i dalje mogu direktno prijaviti koristeći imejl. Da će svaki drugi nalog biti zatvoren, a pobeda oduzeta. To nije tačno jer čak nije ni podešena lozinka sa krunskim novčićima direktno za taj imejl.
Nikada nisam imao problema i donekle su ugledni, tako da nisam mislio da ću se suočiti sa tako sumnjivim ponašanjem. Nisam se čak ni prijavio na drugi nalog otkako sam zatražio da se zatvori. Možete li mi pomoći?

i have played with crown coins for around 2 years and have made many deposits and withdrawals. They frequently give ‘freebies’.
Initially when I signed up I played using my iPhone and signed up using ‘ log in using Apple’. A month or so ago, I got a non Apple device, and was not able to use that sign in method as it’s not an option.
I begrudgingly (as I was a gold viper) created an account through Google and messaged support to please close the other account and what had happened. I was able to verify documents and make deposits so I thought I was good to go.
This week I won 10k (after hours of playing it up to that). Answered prayer as previously stated. When I tried to redeem it said that my documents were on another account and couldn’t be verified (weird, since they were verified for depositing). I messaged support and explained what was happening. When I went back to check for their response my account was closed. I got my old phone from my daughter and checked the old account- still open and TODAY (not when I asked it to be closed) there was a message stating that I was to use that account, and I can still log in using the email directly . That any other account will be closed and winning a forfeited. This is not true as there isn’t even a password set up with crown coins for that email directly.
I have never had a problem and they are somewhat reputable, so I did not think I would be dealing with such shady behavior. I have not even logged into the other account since asking for it to be closed. Can you guys help?
