Pošto ste dobili svoj novac nazad, ne bih to smatrao gubljenjem vremena.
- To je u osnovi bilo pitanje vezano za sportsko klađenje, što je vrsta pitanja kojom se trenutno čak i ne bavimo; da kazino nije odlučio da vrati vaš dobitak i dozvoli vam da povučete svoj bilans, a da nam je pružio relevantne dokaze koji potkrepljuju optužbu na strani provajdera koja se odnosi samo na sportsko klađenje, verovatno bismo zatvorili/odbili slučaj iz takvog razloga, a vi ne biste dobili ništa od zaplenjenih sredstava; izgleda da je to bio samo gest dobre volje na strani kazina da vam dozvoli da povučete sporna sredstva
- Kazino ima pravo da zatvori bilo koji račun u bilo kom trenutku, bez navođenja razloga, i mi u potpunosti prihvatamo takvu odluku ako se preostali iznos uplati u celosti - što se dogodilo ovde
- Kazino je ispunio sve obaveze prema vama tako što je u potpunosti isplatio vaše dobitke, tako da na vašem računu za igru nisu ostala nikakva sredstva; stoga smatramo da je stvar uspešno rešena
Na osnovu gore navedenog, sada ću vašu žalbu označiti kao „rešenu" u našem sistemu. Ne oklevajte da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.
Ako želite da idete dalje u slučaju zbog kompenzacije, preporučujem da se obratite regulatoru ili ADR-u. Iako je trebalo duže, kazino je obnovio i isplatio vaša sredstva uprkos preporuci provajdera da ih konfiskuje. Stoga, u ovom trenutku, već ne možemo ništa učiniti da vam pomognemo sa vašim zahtevom za nadoknadu.

Since you received your money back, I would not consider it a waste of time at all.
- It was basically a sports betting-related issue, which is a kind of issue we even currently do not handle; if the casino had not decided to restore your winnings and let you withdraw your balance, and it had provided us with the relevant evidence supporting the accusation on the provider's side related to only a sports betting matter, we would have probably closed/rejected the case for such a reason, and you would not have received anything from the confiscated funds; it looks like it was only a goodwill gesture on the casino's side to let you withdraw the disputed funds
- The casino has the right to close any account at any time, without providing a reason, and we completely accept such a decision if the remaining balance is paid in full - which happened here
- The casino fulfilled all obligations toward you by paying your winnings in full, so no funds were left in your gaming account; therefore, we consider the matter successfully resolved
Based on the above-stated, I will now mark your complaint as 'resolved' in our system. Do not hesitate to contact us in the future if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. We are here to help.
If you would like to take the case further due to compensation, I recommend you turn to the regulator or ADR. Although it took longer, the casino restored and paid out your funds despite the provider's recommendation to confiscate them.
