Vave je nekada bio sjajan 2022. — povlačenja su obrađena u roku od 1–3 sata i nije bio potreban KIC. Ali ti dani su prošli. Verifikacija naloga je sada obavezna, sa čime nemam problema—KIC je važan i neophodan.
Međutim, kada moji podneti dokumenti nisu ni pregledani nakon tri dana, a moj e-mail upućen kic timu ostaje bez odgovora, ozbiljno se pitam šta se desilo sa Vaveom. Naravno, moje povlačenje još uvek čeka, izgleda zato što je ceo KIC tim ili na odmoru ili ne želi da pregleda tri jednostavna dokumenta.
Povrh toga, postoji ova politika:
„Takođe imajte na umu da će, prema našim uslovima i odredbama, ako igrač ne prođe verifikaciju u roku od dve nedelje, račun će biti trajno zatvoren, a saldo će biti konfiskovan. Ova procedura je uspostavljena kako bismo zaštitili naše igrače i integritet naših usluga."
I nekako, imam osećaj da moja dokumenta neće biti pregledana tačno 14 dana.
Vave used to be great in 2022—withdrawals were processed within 1–3 hours, and no KYC was required. But those days are over. Account verification is now mandatory, which I have no issue with—KYC is important and necessary.
However, when my submitted documents haven’t even been reviewed after three days and my email to kyc team remains unanswered, I seriously wonder what has happened to Vave. Naturally, my withdrawal is still pending, seemingly because the entire KYC team is either on vacation or unwilling to review three simple documents.
On top of that, there’s this policy:
"Also be aware that according to our terms and conditions, if the player does not pass the verification within two weeks, the account will be permanently closed and the balance confiscated. This procedure is in place to protect our players and the integrity of our services."
And somehow, I have the feeling that my documents won’t be reviewed for exactly 14 days.
