Wow, where to start.. Tried this casino as I played on other same ownership casinos, had less issues, but the whole company is no good.

Deposited a very small bullet, got lucky and hit couple of times. Decided that it's best to withdraw (350euro) and it began.

I deposited using crypto (TRX) due to low processing fees and speed of transactions, but when I tried to use it to withdraw I needed to send an email to them with my wallet address (I used it to withdraw in the first place and it was no good) - reason why, no-one knows, I suppose to add an extra unnecessary step and avoid paying.

After a long 2 hours with russian support chat, they managed to KYC/approve the withdrawal method and I did the withdrawal.

You thought it ended here? No. 350 euros got split into two withdrawals of 185 and 155 and 155 got rejected right away. Reason being - I've reached the withdrawal limit.

On Casino Guru daily withdrawal limit is 1.800euros. They told me due to my level it's 185/day, never been on any casinos that has this kind of limit daily and if it does - avoid them at all costs.

Imagine winning 5000 euros, it would take you 18days to withdraw and they would find 100 reasons during this time how to scam you.

Writing this to raise awareness and use proper casinos instead of this trash company overall.

I was testing the waters with some new casinos and came across Ice Casino with close to perfect review by Casino Guru, sadly as they are allegedly sponsored by them, the truth is Ice Casino has a very bad reputation when it comes to withdrawals. My experience with them so far, I got lucky enough to win 2.500 euros at their casino, got my account approved relitively quickly and asked for a withdrawal to Mifinity (which is instant, depending on the casino finance department actions). The first red flag, they split my withdrawal into 3 increments of 1k, 1k, 500. The sole reason they do this is for stalling the withdrawals allowing you to cancel them at any time, which might be a serious issue for people with gambling problems. So they managed to withdraw 1k in couple of days and the rest is just "pending". In reality they are just waiting for me to cancel and lose it, which is another red flag from a casino. After chatting with a customer support on the status of the withdrawal they are just sending the same template answer of "30 day withdrawals, 5k limit etc etc" which is useless in general.

So if you are reading this before choosing where to play, do not register here if you don't want to have any problems with withdrawals. There are plenty of great casinos that does fast payouts with a smile on their face knowing you'll be playing there without any issues.

Do not ever and I mean ever use crypto deposits on this trash casino. Did a simple 50 euro deposit via ETH, expecting as per usual 1min max waiting time, it didn't deposited in 10 minutes after asking support what's happening they told me it takes up to 96 hours (yes you heard correctly) to approve the deposit. 87 hours in, they just told me to wait patiently.

If you use crypto for your deposits just use another provider (or just use anything else besides this shit in general).
