Poslao sam ga istog dana i preko ćaskanja mi je rečeno da će autentifikacija biti završena 16. juna.
Kada sam ih kontaktirao nakon isteka roka, rekli su mi da dostavim dodatne bankovne dokumente kako bih potvrdio svoju adresu.
Poslao sam ga prema uputstvima i kontaktirao podršku, ali oni nisu odgovorili i zamolio bih ih da istraže.
On June 9th, I received additional certification and my residence card.
I sent it on the same day, and was told via chat that authentication would be completed on June 16th.
When I contacted them after the deadline, they told me to submit additional bank documents to verify my address.
I submitted it as instructed and contacted support, but they didn't respond and I would like to ask them to investigate.
6月9日に追加の認証が来て住民票を、
当日送りました、6月16日に認証終わりますと、チャットにて指定されました。
期日が過ぎても連絡来なくて、連絡したところ、住所確認で銀行書類を追加で提出しろと
言われ提出しまして、サポートに問い合わせたのですが対応無言で対応されてません。なので調査を依頼したいと思っています。
