Deponovao sam 50€ u njihov kazino i završio opkladu, pažljivo sam proučio njihove T&C kako bih se uverio da ih pratim kao i jednom ranije u kazinu koji sam propustio povlačenje pošto sam ga slučajno prekršio, u ovoj situaciji nisam.
Završio sam svoju opkladu i na kraju sam imao 965,51 € u novčaniku i prema njihovom T&C-u mogu da podignem 10 puta svoj depozit koji iznosi 500 €.
Poslao sam zahtev za povlačenje od 500€ 26. oktobra (2023-10-26) i još ga nisam dobio, uskoro su prošle 3 nedelje.
U razgovoru za podršku su izjavili da kasne sa obradom uplata, ali nikada nisu dobili razlog ili ažuriranje o tome gde je moje povlačenje, uvek je ista automatska poruka.
Dvaput sam im rekao da ću sačekati još malo bez sreće, pa sam se u krajnjem slučaju obratio kazino guruu da mi pomogne i uključi slootza.

Moj nalog je verifikovan, prošlo je više od 14 dana, skoro 3 nedelje i pokušao sam da sarađujem sa njima, ali mi zapravo ne daju ništa sa čime bih mogao da radim.
I deposited 50€ to their casino and completed the wager, I carefully studied their T&C to ensure I follow it as once before on a casino I missed out on a withdraw since I accidentally broke it, in this situation I have not.
I completed my wager and at the end of it I had 965.51€ in my wallet and according to their T&C I can withdraw 10x my deposit which is 500€.

They have stated in support chat that they're delayed with processing the payments but never received a reason or update on where my withdrawal is at, it's always the same automated message.
I've told them twice that i'll wait a bit longer with no luck so as a last resort I've turned to casino guru to help out and involve slootz.
