Ja sam igrač u ovom kazinu skoro 1 mesec (početak marta). Samo za svoj prvi depozit sam prihvatio bonus dobrodošlice, ono što sam odigrao ispunjavajući date uslove. Nakon toga sam napravio skoro 4-5 depozita, i osvojio sam mnogo džekpota u kazino igrama, a moj bilans je bio oko 1 milion HUF. Kad sam
odlučio da napravim prvo povlačenje, suočio sam se sa problemom da ne mogu da isplatim samo 150.000 HUF.

Pokušao sam da ih kontaktiram putem mejla, bez odgovora sa njihove strane, zato sam počeo da kontaktiram korisničku podršku putem ćaskanja. Rekli su da je iznos koji se može isplatiti vezan za VIP sistem, tako da ovaj iznos mogu tražiti samo kao isplatu. Prihvatio sam ovo i čekao isplatu. Ali uplata nije stigla i počeo sam da brinem, jer svakog dana kada sam proveravao svoje isplate, njegov status pod kontrolom se nije promenio... Uvek sam pitao korisnički servis šta je potrebno da bi status uplate bio promene, nisu mi dali normalan odgovor, izbacivši me iz razgovora, pa čak ni sa naloga. Ali mogao sam ponovo da se prijavim, ... do juče popodne. Sada sam blokiran sa svog naloga, kada želim da se prijavim, piše, da je moj nalog u pregledu, ... i ne razumem kakva je veza između svega ovoga: imam otvoreno povlačenje , šta mi nisu platili više od nedelju dana, a uporedo s tim odbijaju mi račun i ne puštaju me da igram???Nikad nisam sreo takav mentalitet ni u jednom onlajn kazinu, a ovo je potpuno neprihvatljivo, krše sva pravila i na ovaj način se igraju sa narodnim parama i ovo nije ništa drugo nego varanje!Juče popodne u četovanju su mi pisali, da ću danas do kraja dana dobiti svoje povlačenje, ali uvek izbacujući me iz razgovora, pokušao sam ponovo da im pišem, ... i usred drugog razgovora ponovo sam izbačen iz ćaskanja, .l.. i posle ovoga nisam mogao da se ulogujem u svoj nalog kao igrač. (U mejlu kada sam im pisao, napisao sam koliko je neprofesionalno, da sam poslao svoj zahtev, svoj problem, a dobio sam neprihvatljiv odgovor, kao samo automatski odgovor, koji se ne odnosi na sve na moj problem,...i umesto da na e-mail dobijemo broj karte, slučaj je bio bez ikakvog broja karte... posle ovoga su počeli da odgovaraju sa pozivom na broj (broj karte?) u e-mailu. poštom, ali i dalje beskorisno, nikakva pomoć nije pružena u ove dve rečenične poruke.
Odgovor je uvek isti: „Ažurirali smo vaš zahtev. Da biste dodali dodatne komentare, napišite odgovor na ovu e-poštu." - Prave budale od ljudi, a ja sam izbačen sa naloga samo zato što sam napravio svoje povlačenje, ono što nisu mogli da završe više od nedelju dana, i veoma je dosadno kako mogu da operišu na ove načine, razbijajući sva pravila.

But I could log in again, ... until yesterday afternoon. Now I'm blocked from my account, when I want to log in, it's written, that my account is under review, ... and I don'"t understand, what is the connection between all this: I have an opened withdrawal, what they didn't paid me since more than one week, and parallel to this they refuse me from my account and don't let me to play??? I have never met such a mentality before in any online casino, and this is completely unacceptable, they break all the rules and they are playing with people's money in this way and this is nothing but cheating! Yesterday afternoon in the chat they wrote to me, that today until the end of the day I will get my withdrawal, but always throwing me out from the conversation, I tried to write to them again, ... and in the middle of another conversation I was again thrown out from the chat, .l.. and after this I couldn't log into my account as a player. (In e-mail when I wrote to them, I wrote, how unprofessional is, that I sent my request, my problem, and I got an unacceptable answer, like just an automatic reply, which was not related at all to my issue,...and instead of having the e-mail a ticket number, the case was without any ticket number... after this they were starting to answer with a reference number (ticket number?) in the e-mail, but still useless, no assistance is provided in these two sentence messages.
The answer is always the same: "We have updated your request. To add additional comments, write a reply to this email." - They make fools of people, and I'm kicked out from my account just because I made my withdrawal, what they couldn't complete since more than one week, and it is very annoying, how they can operate through these ways, breaking all the rules.
