Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem. Proverio sam opšte uslove i evo šta sam našao ( ovde ):
„8.4 Ako ste izabrali da sami isključite ili zatvorite (iz bilo kog razloga, uključujući između ostalog zbog zavisnosti od kockanja) svoj nalog koji imate na veb lokaciji, prihvatate i slažete se da niste automatski samoisključeni iz bilo kog drugog sajt/brend koji posluje pod relevantnom licencom kao što je navedeno u klauzuli 1.1 , bez obzira da li već imate nalog kod nekog drugog brenda pod relevantnom licencom kao što je navedeno u klauzuli 1.1 („Dodatni nalog(i)") ili ne, tokom perioda koji su izabrali.
8.5 U slučaju da ste uspeli da otvorite ili koristite dodatni nalog dok ste izabrali da samoisključite ili zatvorite svoj nalog, mi i/ili bilo koji brend koji posluje pod relevantnom licencom kao što je navedeno u klauzuli 1.1, dodatno ćemo imati pravo (ali nije obavezan) da suspenduje sva sredstva koja možete da deponujete (ili ste prethodno deponovali), poništite sve opklade i izgubite dobitke na bilo kom Dodatnom računu). Štaviše, ako uspete da otvorite dodatni nalog, mi i/ili bilo koji brend koji posluje pod relevantnom licencom kao što je navedeno u klauzuli 1.1 nećemo biti odgovorni za bilo kakvu direktnu ili indirektnu posledičnu štetu koju biste mogli da pretrpite.
8.6 Da ne bi bilo sumnje, u slučaju da ste uspeli da otvorite ili koristite Dodatni nalog dok ste izabrali da sami isključite ili zatvorite svoj nalog, ni mi ni bilo koji brend koji posluje pod relevantnom licencom kao što je navedeno u klauzuli 1.1. , biće u obavezi da vam refundira sva sredstva koja možete da uložite na bilo koji Dodatni račun tokom perioda koji ste izabrali."
Možete li da nam kažete da li ste obavestili ovaj kazino o svom problemu sa kockanjem? Imajte na umu da ako se sami isključite iz jednog kazina to ne znači nužno da ste zaštićeni na svim drugim povezanim veb lokacijama.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):
"8.4 If you have elected to self-exclude from or to close (for any reason, including among others for gambling addiction) your Account that you hold with the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you are not automatically self-excluded from any other site/brand that operates under the relevant license as stated under clause 1.1, whether you already hold an Account with any other brand under the relevant license as stated under clause 1.1 ("Additional Account(s)") or not, during the period you have selected.
8.5 In the event that you have managed to open or use an Additional Account while you have elected to self-exclude or close your Account, we and/or any brands that operate under the relevant license as stated under clause 1.1, shall additionally be entitled (but not obliged) to suspend any funds you may deposit (or have previously deposited), void any bets and forfeit the winnings in any Additional Account). Moreover, should you succeed to open an Additional Account, we and/or any brands that operate under the relevant license as stated under clause 1.1 will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages that you may suffer.
8.6 For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that you have managed to open or use an Additional Account while you have elected to self-exclude or close your Account, neither we nor any brands that operate under the relevant license as stated under clause 1.1, shall be liable to refund to you any funds you may wager in any Additional Account during the period you have selected."
Could you please advise if you informed this specific casino about your gambling problem? Please understand that if you self-exclude yourself from one casino it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are protected on all the other associated websites.
