Zašto ovo delim? Moglo bi se reći da je trebalo da pročitam sitna slova i time pristanem na uslove. To je u izvesnoj meri tačno. Međutim, ovo ne menja činjenicu da me je suočavanje sa ovom situacijom dovelo do jasnog zaključka: Kazino namerno koristi propise o bonusima da bi snimio potencijalne dobitke od kupaca na osnovu potpuno irelevantnih bonusa u njihovim uslovima i odredbama.
Konkretno, moje kazino opklade u vrednosti od 5€ (suprotno uslovima i odredbama) nisu imale apsolutno nikakav uticaj na obezbeđeni bonus „50 besplatnih okretaja", tj. status na mom nalogu se uopšte nije promenio nakon svake igre, ostavljajući utisak da na bonus nije bilo nikakvog uticaja.
Ono što smatram najkritičnijim nije samo to što su dobici iz kazino igara zaplenjeni, već i od sportskih opklada, koje nemaju nikakve veze sa „Bonusom besplatnih okretaja". Za mene je ovo apsolutna prevara! Kazino iskorišćava njihov kućni red na maksimalnu štetu kupaca.

I made a deposit of approximately €100 and activated a "50 Free Spins" bonus. I used the deposit amount to place sports bets and to play roulette in the casino. Why am I sharing this? One might say that I should have read the fine print and thereby agreed to the conditions. That is true to an extent. However, this does not change the fact that dealing with this situation led me to a clear conclusion: The casino uses bonus regulations deliberately to pocket potential winnings from customers based on completely irrelevant bonuses in their terms and conditions.
Specifically, my casino bets worth 5€ (contrary to the terms and conditions) had absolutely no impact on the provided "50 Free Spins" bonus, i.e., the status in my account didn’t change at all after each game, giving the impression that the bonus was not affected whatsoever.
What I find most critical is not just that the winnings from the casino games got confiscated but also from the sports bets, which have nothing to do with the "Free Spins Bonus". To me, this is absolute fraud! The casino is exploiting their house rules to the maximum disadvantage of the customers.
Therefore, I urge everyone to be wary of the bonus conditions at Vave Casino!

Ich habe eine Einzahlung über rund 100 € getätigt und dabei einen „50 Free Spins" Bonus aktiviert. Warum schreibe ich das hier? Man kann hier nun sagen, dass ich das Kleingedruckte hätte lesen müssen und somit den Bedingungen zugestimmt habe. Das ist soweit richtig. Das ändert allerdings nichts an der Tatsache, dass ich bei dem Umgang mit dem Fall zu einem klaren Schluss komme: Das Casino nutzt die Bonusbestimmungen, um bewusst, mögliche Gewinne von Kunden über die AGB’s von völlig irrelevanten Boni einkassieren zu können.
Ganz konkret haben meine Einsätze im Casino im Wert von 5 € (entgegen der AGB) keinerlei Auswirkungen auf den bereitgestellten Bonus von „50 Free Spins" gehabt, d.h. der Status nach den jeweiligen Spielen hat sich in meinem Konto überhaupt nicht verändert, so dass für den Kunden der Eindruck entsteht, der Bonus sei davon überhaupt nicht betroffen.
Entscheidend finde ich jedoch, dass nicht nur die Gewinne aus den Casinospielen, sondern vor auch von den Sportwetten, die überhaupt nichts mit dem „Free Spin Bonus" zu tun haben, storniert wurden. DAS ist für mich ein absoluter Betrug! Hier nutzt das Casino ihre Hausrechtsbedingungen zum maximalen Nachteil der Kunden aus.
Ich möchte daher unbedingt vor den Bonusbedingungen beim Vave Casino warnen!
Bitte seid vorsichtig, diesem Casino Euer Geld anzuvertrauen. Im Zweifel wird die Entscheidung bei Auszahlungen maximal zu Euren Lasten ausgelegt.
