Prijavio sam se 31. decembra u 18:29 popodne (po kanadskom vremenu).
Besplatni okreti nikada nisu bili kreditirani, a njihov LiveChat je bio zatvoren zbog novogodišnjih svečanosti, tako da nisam mogao da dobijem pomoć.
Kontaktirao sam ih 1. januara 2025. Nina i Anja su odgovorile na ovo:

Potpuno razumem da bi ovo moglo biti razočaravajuće i iskreno mi je žao zbog neprijatnosti koje je ovo moglo prouzrokovati.
Žao mi je zbog toga, Olivije. Razumem da bi to moglo biti veoma razočaravajuće i frustrirajuće, ali mogu da vas uverim da će mnoge druge ponude biti poslate našim lojalnim igračima kao što ste vi, u budućnosti.''
Dakle, da rezimiram, imao sam samo 5 sati i 58 minuta da zatražim ponudu (31. decembar od 12:01 do 5:59).
Kada su oni dan, mi spavamo ovde u Kanadi.
