Zdravo. Imam takav problem sa ovim kazinom. Brzo sam prošao verifikaciju fotografisanjem za pasoš i selfijem. Ali onda su me zamolili da proverim adresu. I dali su mi listu od 10 dokumenata za izbor. Poslao sam im izvode iz banke i bankovne kartice, ali su mi rekli da to nije dovoljno i naterali su me da pošaljem nešto drugo. Zatim sam im poslao izvod iz državnog registra mesta registracije lica, nacionalni pasoš, elektronski dokument, kreditne ugovore sa finansijskim institucijama. I svi ti dokumenti su imali moje ime i adresu. Rekli su da to nije dovoljno i tražili plaćanje komunalija. Upozorio sam da je vlasnik kuće moj otac i sve komunalije idu njemu. Rekli su da će na očevo ime prihvatiti račune za komunalije, da razumeju i nije strašno. Slao sam račune za gas, vodu, grejanje, struju, tražili su račune za ove usluge. Ali nisu ih prihvatili i rekli da im je sada potreban nalog za internet ili telefon. Objasnio sam im da kod nas nema takvih komunalnih plaćanja, koristimo mobilni internet i SIM kartice. Dopunili smo i postoji veza, niko za to ne izdaje račune. Ali njih nije briga i kažu da je to upravo ono što je dato, iako sam ja dao mnoge dokumente koji su bili na njihovoj listi. Imam razloga da verujem da kazino krši pravila, odnosno da ne prihvata dokumenta koja su im sama potrebna da bi odložili proces isplate sredstava ili čak imali za cilj neisplatu. Počeo sam da proveravam adresu 26.14.2025. I dalje nema napretka. Mogu da pružim sve dokumente koje sam preuzeo, snimak ekrana ličnog naloga kazina, svu prepisku sa operaterima u onlajn ćaskanju, sva pisma koja sam od njih slao i primao putem e-pošte.

I have reason to believe that the casino is violating the rules, namely, not accepting documents that they themselves require in order to delay the process of paying out funds or even have the goal of not paying out. I started checking the address on 14/26/2025. And still no progress.
