I’ve been waiting over a month for my withdrawal now, and it’s still not processed. My account is verified and all required documents were submitted, so there’s no clear reason for the delay.

What makes it worse is the communication. My emails are being ignored, and support doesn’t give any real answers. No updates, no timeline, just silence.

This kind of experience really hurts trust. If a casino can’t handle payouts properly, that’s a serious problem.

1. They have fake responsible gaming options. Their loss and wager limits DO NOT WORK. You can set them at any amount you want, and they will never get triggered; you'll still be able to lose any amount. They refuse to acknowledge and fix this. You can try for yourself.

2. By far, the worst bonus system I've ever seen in 10 years. Weekly and monthly cashback, which you unlock after playing for a while, give you around 0.03% of your wager. The rest of the bonus before VIP 22 is basically non-existent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made two withdrawal request.. First one was processed and money was transferred to my account but to my surprise after two days same money was taken out of my account stating it was a wrong account transfer. Money Lost.. On raising the ticket, it was closed immediately stating money is been transferred and no further submissions are allowed.. However no one reviewed what the case was... In the transaction receipt too attached by them in they attached a transaction receipt of some other player.

Within two days the incident happened unfortunately I continued playing and made another withdrawal request and withdrawal wa marked successful within hours however it's been 10 days and I have not seen the money in my account..

Two withdrawals amount to 50K INR which I don't care now much and have put it in the lost bucket.

Od tada mi je rečeno da je novac, nažalost, knjižen na pogrešan račun i da ga nema.

For all the features that BC Game provided it's nice and good but no hurt feeling BC; I've been your loyal user for around 2 years but recently around 2-3 months before, your house edge is really questionable. It looks like my percentage of winning at your site really decrease a lot.. I’ve come to really dislike this casino. Everything about its operations is unnecessarily complicated and at the end of the day , you don’t get much. They have multiple proprietary casino tokens (why so many? Who knows!) which bonuses are granted in but then they lock the bonus funds in some "bank" and disbursed gradually in small amounts based on wagering which completely negates the benefit of a receiving a bonus which is having an increased base amount so you can make higher wagers. I guess the one benefit is your deposit funds aren’t locked while you wager the bonus funds but if you don’t have access to the bonus funds then why any bonus at all? Then there’s all sorts of little frustrations. On my profile page it says my account balance is x amount of dollars but my wallet says it’s y amount of dollars and when I tried to ask support what the discrepancy is I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to respond and the first 10 responses I get from the customer service rep is copy-and-pasted boilerplate information about completely unrelated topics. The delay tactics they used to delay my withdrawal once I was only up USD25,000.00. They blocked all my fiat withdrawals and only allow withdrawals to Astropay ( Which has its own daily deposit and withdrawal limits) .

Their chat support gave the most generic answers such as try again in a few hours or to TRY and withdraw a smaller amount such as USD 1,000.00 at a time.

They gave the most generic rubbish I have ever encountered just to delay my withdrawal at their site.

I did eventually get all my funds out but it took alot of back and forth with the chat support.

My calculation was wager $8000 AUD to unlock $5 BCD about $7.4 AUD. And you cannot touch this bonus until you reach $5 BCD just to really put you in your place.

This casino is a disgrace. Level 33 and i'm still stuck to the worst support on any online casino. Do not expect any deposits. I no longer need to wager a certain loss. Better to burn my money and i'll get a better show.

The support on this website it might be the worst thing I have ever seen in my lifetime. Waiting hours for a reply who doesn't help you at all and most probably they are using google translate to understand a word from what you tell them. They literally close the interaction after waiting 30-40 minutes and when they answer you have to wait again 30 mins for a reply.
They offer you a flash bonus if you deposit in the first 7 minutes which is literally impossible to get because you have to pass all the dodgy verification beforehand. Not to mention that the website is buggy af and doesn't let you do anything without a refresh.
I have requested for all my data to be erased after 24 hours of struggling with the support to do my first deposit.
