Igrač iz Hrvatske ima poteškoća s podizanjem svog dobitka zbog ograničene dostupnosti načina plaćanja. Kazino je uspio obraditi transakciju putem Netellera i igrač je potvrdio da je primio iznos u cijelosti.
Dana 01. avgusta 2022. u 19:28 uplatio sam 22,58€ sa mojom Revolut master karticom u Casino Kakadu uzeo sam bonus dobrodošlice igrao sam ga putem
i osvojio 301,24€. Napravio sam povlačenje 2. avgusta 2022. u 4:12 moj račun je u potpunosti verifikovan za samo 3 sata
što je odlično i brzo, ali u procesu verifikacije moj dokument o transakciji nije odobren čak i ako je to ono što jesu
traženje u postupku verifikacije (Dokaz o plaćanju Snimak ekrana ili fotografija iz online banke, bankovni izvod, Skrill stranica, itd. koji prikazuje depozit. Mora se prikazati naziv kompanije. Mora biti prikazan uplaćeni iznos.) Rekli su ovako: Razlog: Molimo vas da otpremite prednja fotografija vaše bankovne kartice koja se koristi za depozite s imenom, datumom isteka, vidljivim prvih 6 i posljednje 4 cifre. što sam i uradio i bio sam potpuno verifikovan.
Evo počinje noćna mora moja isplata od 301,24 EUR 2. avgusta 2022. u 4:12 je otkazana, bilo je podizanje na master kartici i rekli su da moram napraviti novu u banci što sam i uradio 02. avgusta 2022. u 6:59 i to je odbijen i odbijen je 2 puta više, naveli su razlog da (Izplata je odobrena sa naše strane, ali je odbijena od strane vašeg platnog sistema.)
Tako je bilo do 08. avgusta 2022. kada su me u live chatu pitali da li banka koju želite povući pripada Litvaniji? I rekao sam da

Da bih ovo skratio, napravio sam depozit od 24 € kod Neteller-a 9. avgusta 2022. u 1:34 i napravio povlačenje od 222,48 €. uploadovao sam snimak ekrana sa informacijama o svom Neteller računu i moj Neteller Transacton ID i withdaeal je odbijen!!!
Pa sam pitao zašto u live chatu i rečeno mi je: Molimo vas da postavite snimak ekrana depozita na Neteller, gdje je vidljiv vaš e-mail.
Rekao sam im da sam to uradio i oni su mi odobrili Neteller dokumente i rekli mi da napravim novi zahtjev za isplatu i otišao sam na ovo, ali Neteller opcija nije bila dostupna za mene!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To je bilo danas, 09. avgusta 2022. 15:24 popodne CEST od tada su mi rekli: U ovom trenutku možemo samo malo strpljivo vježbati dok čekamo odgovor od odjela plaćanja. Trenutno čekamo odgovor odeljenja za plaćanje zašto Nettler trenutno nije dostupan, sačekajte.
Kao što vidim, naši menadžeri još uvijek rade na vašem problemu. Sačekajte malo, potrebno nam je još vremena da to riješimo. Nadamo se Vašem razumijevanju i strpljenju! Čekamo odgovor finansijskog odjela. I onda: Finansijski odjel ne radi direktno s nama. Poslali smo im zahtjev, trebalo bi da se postupi za 24 sata.
Pa ovo je cijela priča. Ne vjerujem im da će mi poslati e-mail, ne vjerujem im iz razloga što nikada nisu u ovih 7 dana, umjesto toga morao sam doći na live chat i gubiti vrijeme, a da, čak i jesu ne odgovaraj ni na jednu e-poštu koju sam poslao na support@casinokakadu.com !!
Imam sve transkripte ćaskanja i sve screensote svega moj nivo frustracije je neopisiv kao i njihov nivo nekompetentnosti njihovog odjela plaćanja je neosporan i nevjerovatan!!!!
On 01 Aug 2022, 19:28 i deposit 22.58€ with my Revolut mastercard in Casino Kakadu I took welcome bonus played it throgh
and won 301.24€. I made withdrawal on 02 Aug 2022, 4:12 my account was fully verified in just 3 hours
which is great and fast but in process of verification my document of transaction-statement,wasn't approved even if that is the thing they are
asking for in verification procces (Proof of PaymentScreenshot or photo from online bank, bank statement, Skrill page, etc. showing the deposit. Must display the company name. Must display the amount paid.) They said like this: Reason: Please upload a front photo of your bank card used for deposits with the name, expiry date, the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. which i did and i was fully verified.
Here it begins nightmare my cashout of 301.24 EUR on 02 Aug 2022, 4:12 has been canceled it was withdrawal on master card and they said i have to make a new in bank which i did on 02 Aug 2022, 6:59 an it was rejected and it was rejected 2 times more they gave the reason that (The cashout was approved from our side, but it was rejected by your payment system.)
So it was like that until 08.august 2022. when i was asked in live chat, Does the bank you want to withdraw belongs to Lithuania? And i said yes
and that this is clearly visable in transaction-statement which i have send them it is Revolut bank and i even fill in the address in bank withdrawal form.
They said: Unfortunately, we do not process winnings to Lithuania and: Do you have the opportunity to create a request via any other payment system? So to make this shorter i did make a deposit of 24€ with Neteller on 09 Aug 2022, 1:34 and made withdrawal of 222.48€. i uploaded my Neteller account info screenshot and my Neteller Transacton ID and withdaeal was rejected!!!
So i asked the why in live chat and was told: Please upload a screenshot of the deposit with Neteller, where your e-mail is visible.
I told them i did that and they approved my Neteller documents and told me to, create a new cashout request and i went to to this but Neteller option was not available for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was today 09,Aug 2022. 15:24 pm CEST from then i was being told: At the moment we can just exercise a little patient as we wait for the answer from payment department. We currently waiting for the responde from payment departmant as to why Nettler isnt available at the moment kindly wait .
As I can see our managers are still working on your issue. Kindly, wait a bit, we need some more time to solve it. Hope for your understanding and patience! We are waiting for the reply from financial department. And then: The financial department doesn't work directle with us. We sent them a request, it should be proceeded in 24 hours.
Well this the whole story I don't believe them that they will send me email i don't believe them for the reason they never did in this 7 days instead i had to come in live chat and waisting my time and yes they even didn't reply to any email i sent to support@casinokakadu.com !!
I have all chat transcripts and all screensots of everything my level of frustration is indescribable as well as is their level of incompetence of their payment department is undisputed and unbelievable!!!!

Imajte na umu da raznovrsnost i dostupnost načina plaćanja ne upravlja isključivo kazino. Nekoliko faktora kao što su Uprava za licenciranje, geolokacija, ugovori sa dobavljačima plaćanja i bankarska ograničenja, svi imaju veliki uticaj. Ako je način plaćanja bio dostupan za depozite, to ne znači da je potrebno, da će biti ponuđen i za isplate.
Ako vas je kazino savjetovao da koristite alternativni način plaćanja za podizanje dobitaka, preporučio bih vam da slijedite njihova uputstva. Nažalost, kasina su ponekad nemoćna i ograničena u ponudi načina plaćanja svojim klijentima.
Da li sam dobro shvatio da je ovo bio vaš prvi pokušaj da podignete dobitak iz ovog kazina?

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessary, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Do I understand correctly that this was your first attempt to withdraw winnings from this specific casino?

Ovo je drugi pokušaj povlačenja otkako sam položio depozit od 24€ kod Netellera na moj saldo od 301,24€
Baš kao što me je kazino savjetovao da koristim alternativni način plaćanja za podizanje svojih dobitaka, ali problem je što nemam opciju Neteller dostupnu u odjeljku za podizanje i ne znaju zašto.
Odobreli su moje Neteller dokumente i rekli mi da napravim novi zahtjev za isplatu i ja sam to uradio, ali Neteller opcija nije bila dostupna za mene!!
Ovo su mi rekli u vezi sa mnom da ne mogu da izvršim povlačenje na Netelleru: ''Trenutno čekamo odgovor odeljenja za plaćanje zašto Nettler trenutno nije dostupan, sačekajte .''
Tako da sam zaglavio sa tim i ovo je moj problem da ne mogu da se povučem na Netelleru, kako je to uopšte moguće, ne znam.
Nakon svega što sam imao problema s Revolutom (i razumijem da oni ne obrađuju dobitke u Litvaniju, ali su to trebali vidjeti ranije pošto je to jasno vidljivo u transakcijskoj izjavi koju sam im poslao) prošao sam to i napravio još jedan depozit i sada sam tu i stvarno se nadam da sam se razjasnio da razumijem, hvala vam na pomoći, ali tako je tužno da mi je čak potrebna.
It is the second attempt to withdraw since i did made deposit of 24€ with Neteller on top of my 301.24€ balance
Just as i have been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw my winnings but problem is that I don't have Neteller option available in withdraw section and they don't know why.

Samo ne razumijem kako mogu dobiti povrat novca, više nego što sam položio? Nikada se nisam bavio povratom novca na taj način.
Pošto sam ih ovo pitao prije nego što sam došao ovdje, upravo sam dobio ovaj odgovor: ''možda povrat novca nije tačna riječ.
Mislim da je zahtjev za ručno podizanje sredstava već kreiran, a čim odeljenje plaćanja odobri transakciju vidjet ćete sredstva na vašem računu.''

Yesterday I received email from manager at Kakadu Casino;'' that they initiated the process of cashout manually via Neteller and that they have initiated the refund process and as soon as it's completed you will see the funds on your account.''
If that's going to be a way for their, issue with Neteller to be resolved, good.
I just don't understand how can I be refunded, more than I deposit? I have never dealt with refunds in that way.
Since I asked them this before i came here i just got this answer: ''may be the refund is not the correct word.
I mean that the request to withdraw your funds manually is already created, and as soon as the payment department approves the transaction you will see the funds in your account.''
So will wait for that to happen.
