Well, to tell you the truth, we do not know why they work this way, as we are not a real casino, as you may know. I reckon that you can get this kind of information only by asking the support if they'll be willing to give you some answers to that.

Actually, this sounds perfectly normal to me.

There is a main group of documents each palyer may present, and set of other to cover additional details or substitute for another documnet th player find hard to provide.

This is just one example. Additionally, KYC is process, sadly sometimes not very pleasing but still, inneviatble.

It's requirements varies based on eg: player's location, gaming activity, casino license.

Due to that, we used to say that each KYC process was somehow unique. I'm assuming players tend to use these differences as proof of shady practices. Well, I'd say it depends on the context.

I also saw by the complaint that you still failed to verify and sent them another selfie. 

However, what does the selfie have to contain, please ? I can't believe they always ask for a new one. There must be some problem if it's still rejected and it would probably be the most sensible thing to ask them what they specifically want to be there, if it's all clearly visible and so on. I guess there can't be an endless issue with one photo. Did they answer you if you asked them ?

Like Jaro said, they should tell you why the photo is getting rejected, maybe it's not clear enough, or they consider your appearance doesn't match with your ID card, it could be anything and you should ask them what is wrong with the photos.

I remember playing in this site long ago and withdrawals were quick, I don't remember how long KYC took, but they tend to payout without much inconvenience.

Of course I understand. Sometimes I ask myself how to put everything in one photo so that it is clearly visible because I feel that you can only focus on one thing and not on several at the same time. 

Also, if you are still without an answer and they don't tell you anything about it except the rejection, then I don't know what more they would want.
