Ovde sam više od 40 dana i betmaster traži još dokumenata svaki put kada prođe 5 ili 7 nepotrebnih dana, traže stvari koje ne bi trebalo da traže i dokumente koje već pošaljem traže 2 ili još 3 puta

As far as I know, those issues rises if several people are taking care of the verification and all have different claims when it comes to approving docs. Baš meni se desilo, imam 400 usd, tako su radili dok nisam sve izgubio i blokirao račun, izmišljaju dosta izgovora.

Same thing here. I did total 5 deposits in the amount of 8500 usdt approximately. Lost it almost all then got lucky and break even. So now I'm at a stage of 'verification'. Asked for a bunch of documents (including those already provided at the registration), includiтg 'proof of cryptowallet is mine' (!!!). What do they mean if crypto-wallet is completely anonimous? Why they never asked for any proofs when money goes to casino but always a problem when you try to withdraw back? So just dragging the time

They exactly ask to send them 'screenshot of the cryptowallet profile page containig my personal information'. Regarding cryptowallets this is nonsence. There is no 'profile page'. There is no 'personal information'. Casino dealing with crypto-payments shall be in the know. At the moment this is last thing they ask to start payments (well at least seems to). Waiting since May, 17th. Do you have any suggestions?

This is all wrong... If I start a crypto casino, I would mainly focus on KYC, knowing that crypto is "unprovable" hence the anonymous payment option. 🤦‍♀️ Those mixed casinos are sometimes a bit lost - somewhere in between 😀.

Well, finally they asked for a selfie with a transaction. Sounds kinda sensless as well. Upto this moment I filed them all they asked and reissued withdrawal request. So if no reaction in reasonable time I will file complaint. Thanks!

Ono kroz šta prolazite je veoma loše, za depozite kazina su odlična, za isplate se broj lošiһ kazina samo povećava. Toliko je teško pobediti u igricama, kada pobedite ne žele da vam plate, dobijaju novac od provajdera i zadržavaju novac koji je bio za igrača.

I'd say game providers usually do not pay up the winnings to the casino - I'd call such a situation an exception, applied to special Tournaments or jackpots. 🤔
