Nisam morao da radim KIC. Moje povlačenje je odobreno nakon nekoliko sati i 2 dana kasnije novac je bio na mom računu.

Payment team are going to review it as soon as possible. That they are very busy. Then someone else will say they don’t work today (Friday)… then someone else will say it’s in my bank soon but I have no email to say it’s approved (shows pending).


Now is day 3 and over 48h and I see it pending with no email or anything.


so after few hours you had an approved email? I’m at about 50 hours now and nothing.


thanks anyway I’ll just wait a bit more and make a complaint later if nothing…

Zdravo, i ja sam igrao sa ovim provajderom i ostvario velike pobede. Završio sam zahtev za povlačenje i završio svoj KIC proces. Nadam se da ću ga uskoro obraditi!

Anyway they say the payment provider charges this fee but I think that’s BS because I played a lot of casinos with the same payment provider and none of them ask a fee for a withdrawal.

I don’t mind paying a fee but then I expect the money to be in my bank account within hours. (even better let costumers chose, pay a fee and the withdrawal goes very quickly or don’t pay and wait longer)

Could you perhaps address players directly? I guess the latest post about the fees and withdrawals could use feedback. What do you say?

As I write in my review if they change the pending time for withdrawals and the ridiculous fee I’m sure they gain a lot more customers (if you see all the reviews and reactions here most of them are about the pending time and fee)

Ovo je zaista sumnjiv kazino, uzimaju novac od zavisnika od kockanja i izjavili su da nikada nisu dobili moj mejl u kojem ih obaveštavam o problemu igre, uspeo sam da dokažem uz pomoć treće strane da im je mejl poslat i uspešno isporučeno i oni su primili e-poštu. Nisu preduzeli mere (namerno? Ili zbog ljudske greške) nakon ovoga kada sam im poslao jak dokaz o prirodi moje žalbe, oni su žalbu vratili na obradu, prošlo je 2 nedelje i nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od njih dan za danom dobijam odgovore "stvar se obrađuje, danas ćeš dobiti odgovor" svaki dan ista pesma. A odgovora nema. Obavestili su me da moram da izvršim verifikaciju da bih dobio svoj zahtev za povraćaj. Uradio sam verifikaciju. Uradio sam sve što su tražili, ali i dalje ne čujete ništa od njih. Mislim da je to zaista neodgovorno.
