No i don't withdraw any funds because i don't fullfil wager requirements. On chat i get only info that specific department approved giving me the bonus by ChatGuy 🙂 . I am waiting for this again, i bet it will be around 2-3 days 🙂

Zdravo, i ja imam problema sa verifikacijom. Sve su proveravali i prihvatali dok nije došlo do toga da je moja adresa pogrešna jer sam se preselio. Sada sam morao da zatražim promenu adrese i rekli su prema njihovom GDPR-u (kako kazino može da ima tako nešto? veoma čudno) potrebno je do 30 dana (da se promeni linija) sada žele da ga protežu za 30 dana pa da ne moraju odmah da isplate. Može li se pomoći? Podrška uvek piše isto i poziva se na GDPR i kaže da će to uskoro biti provereno. Ostala dokumenta su proverena istog dana i odjednom ne skoro nedelju dana....
