In this case, I wonder where the problem with your document is. However, if the casino asked you where you got your funds from, they obviously had something suspicious. Nevertheless, if you feel that nothing wrong has happened on your part and all the documents are in order, did the casino also tell you why they don't want to accept them ?

Dobro veče gospodine Jaro, danas su prihvatili poslednji dokument, međutim, račun i dalje stoji i stoji, odnosno zamrznut je i ne može da nastavi sa povlačenjem, kažu mi da će ga pogledati i poslati im dokumenta, ali im objašnjavam da ste ih prihvatili dobili ste sve dokumente, poslednji danas, zašto račun ne napreduje? a oni mi odgovaraju da će to resorno odeljenje ponovo pogledati..... i dobiću odgovor na mejl, a na mejlove niko ne odgovara i ne šalju mejlove..

I understand your concerns, but if you say that the last document has been accepted I think that things could move forward in the next few days and that is a good sign. Dobro veče, imao sam račun na raboni i napravio sam grešku u prevodu i blokiran je.. Nisam imao sredstava. Juče sam napravio novi račun i uplatio depozit i oni su to normalno prihvatili. Dobio sam i imam 1800€ na računu i zatvorili su ga kao duplikat.. ali duplikat znači kad imaš dva računa, a ja im objasnim a oni ne razumeju.. kažem im šta će biti sa mojim novcem ? Jer da je to duplikat, nisi trebao da mi dozvoliš da uplatim.. Hoću svoj novac.. rekli su da su ga prosledili nadležnom odeljenju, želim da mi pomogneš..

Duplicate account doesn't mean an unscrupulous casino won't accept your deposit. But it will mean they will confiscate your winnings if they want and close your account without recourse. Did you use the same email and phone number when you opened the second account? If so it really shouldn't have happened but it did. If you read every casinos T@Cs they all say anyone found having multiple accounts will have them closed and winning confiscated. That's how online casinos operate

That's why you were allowed to open another account. You must have either duplicated your address phone number or deposit / withdrawal method and they may have even got you on your url address . Either way as I stated most if not every casino is strict on the duplicate account rule especially if you want a payout. If you told them when you opened the 2nd account you wanted the first one closed it might have been different

Razgovarao sam sa njima u ćaskanju. I oni su mi potvrdili da je zahtev koji je išao finansijskom odeljenju da vratim sav novac koji sam imao i 1.800€ samo posebno 500€ jer sam imao vremena da podnesem zahtev za povlačenje.. Pitao sam je da li je to tačno i ne zavaravaju me jer želim da znam da se ne nadam, a on mi je rekao da nema potrebe da brinem da ćeš dobiti nazad sav novac koji si imao na računu.. takođe sam napravio snimke ekrana..

Ne, potvrdili su mi da će mi vratiti ceo iznos koji sam imao u tom trenutku. Sav novac 1,830 €. Pitao sam je da li je sigurna u ono što govori! A on mi je odgovorio da je ova akcija data finansijskom odeljenju da ćeš vratiti sav novac koji si imao u tom trenutku.. ne znam šta da kažem i ako me zeza.. rekao mi je da je ovo odluka je doneta u podne i ja ću dobiti sav svoj novac..
