Dobar dan, igrao sam slotove bez bonusa i osvojio 5000€, od tada pokušavam da podignem novac. Prvo su mi blokirali pristup igri i tražili su od mene dokumente za verifikaciju profila, ja sam ih sve predstavio i oni su prihvatili. Međutim, verifikacija traje dugo i još uvek je na čekanju, što mi ne dozvoljava da igram ili podignem svoj novac. Razgovaram sa pomoćnicima u četu koji mi ništa ne rešavaju, samo mi daju imejl adresu tima za podršku. Poslao sam nekoliko mejlova i nijedan od njih mi nije rekao zakonski rok za verifikaciju profila! Nije prihvatljivo da se depozit izvrši odmah i bez verifikacije, a povlačenje već traje dve nedelje u procesu verifikacije. Imam otiske razgovora asistenata i mejlove koje razmenjujem sa timom za podršku gde mi čak kažu da ne postoji rok za verifikaciju mog naloga. Idem do poslednjeg koraka da uzmem svoj novac. Bio bih vam zahvalan ako biste mogli da ubrzate proces sa njima.

Ovaj proces verifikacije je počeo 4. marta, ono što ne razumem je kašnjenje i zašto ne traže dokumenta odjednom. Dokumenti su prihvaćeni ali čekaju verifikaciju. Od dana početka verifikacije igre se ne otvaraju i daju greške. Mislim da se spremaju da ga razvuku što duže do 90 dana i onda da mi izbrišu nalog uz argument da nisam igrao 90 dana.

About 6 weeks ago I wrote a piece on here predicting problems for customers getting their money because of the amount of spam casino traffic I was getting everyday. Nisam baš razumeo MI šta je to? Želimo da dobijemo ono na šta imamo pravo to je protivzakonito i treba ih kazniti.. drago nam je što nam pomažete i što ste blizu.. ne mogu samo da nam uzmu novac, a ne znam kako dugo će slučaj potrajati da dobijemo novac od lošeg kazina, može li Guru tim da ih ubedi da bismo mogli da se dogovorimo sa dotičnim kazinom da okončamo ovu priču od koje smo umorni i želimo da se završi? Može li kazino Guru ili bilo koji nadležni organ da ih ubedi da nam plate ili će biti kažnjeni?? To uništava dušu i treba nam naš novac.. hvala vam puno..
