Takođe vidim da ste podneli 15 žalbi na našem sajtu. U nekim slučajevima smo vam pomogli, au drugim slučajevima smo ih odbili, tako da to ne znači da ćemo je automatski odbaciti kad god podnesete žalbu.
U svakom slučaju, ako niste zadovoljni postupkom žalbe koji imamo u Casino Guru-u, uvek imate druge opcije koje možete koristiti. Mislim da još uvek ne razumete da mi besplatno pomažemo igračima sa njihovim žalbama. Iako trošimo mnogo vremena na žalbe, to nije nešto što nam stvara direktan prihod. To nije nešto što plaća naše račune i plate. Mi to radimo, jer zarađujemo novac kroz kockarski posao pa želimo da nešto vratimo igračima i naš autoritet koji smo stekli u kockarski industriji nam pomaže u tome.
Pregledam vaše postove ovde i čini se da ste u suštini nezadovoljni svime što radimo i krivite nas za dobre ocene, odbijene žalbe itd. Takođe sam primetio da često ne znate kako radimo, kako funkcioniše naša reputacija , povratne informacije korisnika, žalbe, crne tačke i samo širite informacije koje su jednostavno obmanjujuće za igrače koji ovo čitaju. Iako uvek reagujemo i objašnjavamo svoj stav i kako stvari funkcionišu, vi samo nastavite sa istim. Ne možemo mnogo da objasnimo, sve je već objašnjeno. Dakle, možete ili prestati sa onim što ste radili ovde od novembra 2022. ili ćete biti zabranjeni. Ovaj forum služi igračima koji traže pomoć, koji žele da razgovaraju o raznim stvarima, mogu da podele svoje povratne informacije (uključujući i negativne jer nam pomaže da vidimo stvari iz različitih uglova), ali odbijam da stalno čitam o tome koliko smo loši naš sopstveni forum. Anyway, I'm sure we didn't reject your complaint because of the negative review. We have over 70 employees so it's highly possible that the person who dealt with your complaint wasn't even aware of your negative review (if you didn't mention it in your complaint).
Anyway, even when we get negative reviews, we do the opposite. We always try to make sure that that we did everything we could in order to satisfy the player or simply decide fairly and if we get the negative review despite all of that, then at least we have a clear conscience.
I can also see that you submitted 15 complaints on our website. We helped you in some cases and we also rejected them in other cases so it doesn't mean that whenever you submit a complaint, we'll automatically reject it.
Anyway, if you're dissatisfied with the complaint process that we have in Casino Guru, you always have other options that you can use. I think you still don't understand that the we help players with their complaints for free. Even though we spend a lot of time on complaints, it's not something that generates direct income for us. I'm going through your posts here and it seems you're dissatisfied basically with everything we do and you blame us for good ratings, rejected complaints etc. I also noticed that you often don't know how we work, how our reputation works, user feedback, complaints, black points and you just spread information that are simply misleading for players who read this. Even though we always react and explain our position and how things work, you just continue with the same. There's not much we could explain, everything has already been explained. So you can either stop with what you've been doing here since November 2022 or you'll get banned. This forum serves to players who are looking for help, who want to discuss various things, they can share they feedback (negative included since it helps us to see things from different angles), but I refuse to constantly read about how bad we are on our own forum. There are plenty of platforms where you can write about it, but I'm not going to tolerate it here anymore. Especially not from you.
