Zdravo, nešto je čudno u vezi sa SvenPlai kazinom. Moje povlačenje je odobreno e-poštom i obrađeno 26. juna 2024. Ali još nisam dobio novac. Imate li iskustva koliko dugo traje?

Kontaktirao sam svenplai na njihovu e-poštu, koju sam uzeo sa svenplai stranice, ali poruka se vraća na moju e-poštu „Neisporučena pošta vraćena pošiljaocu". Zatim sam otišao do njihovog ćaskanja gde sam dobio istu adresu e-pošte" " ali ista stvar se ponovo dešava, e-pošta ne radi sa ovim, ćaskanje je samo van mreže.. 9cnt je novac na tom nalogu, kada sam pokušao da pokrenem igre samo piše "Greška pri pokretanju igre"


da li je ovaj kazino još uvek u funkciji, ali njihova korisnička služba ne radi. su stoga samo prevaranti.


Stupio sam u kontakt sa njima preko ćaskanja i rekli su da će poslati mejl na koji morate da mi odgovorite da se nalog može zatvoriti, odgovorio sam na taj mejl i vratio se kao netačan. nemaju korisničku podršku.


Upravo sam saznao da svenplai-ov sistem e-pošte misli da je moja e-pošta neželjena pošta i zato se e-pošta vraća. da, oni su zaista loši u opsluživanju kupaca i sada je razgovor sa korisničkom službom odmah otišao van mreže kada sam stavio svoju e-poštu tamo.



Dobijem ovu poruku od njih kada im pošaljem e-poštu:


„Neisporučena pošta vraćena pošiljaocu"


„Ovo je sistem pošte na hostu meiliboki.fi.


Žao mi je što moram da vas obavestim da vaša poruka nije mogla

biti dostavljen jednom ili više primalaca. U prilogu je ispod.


Za dalju pomoć, pošaljite poštu upravniku pošte.


Ako to uradite, uključite ovaj izveštaj o problemu. Možeš

Hi, it's not exactly the happiest thing to get an email back. Do you have a normal domain and not a temporary one? I would also expect you to be able to resolve it with chat but I see you failed there too.

ne treba mi pomoć Želeo sam da kažem drugim korisnicima o ovoj svenplai korisničkoj službi. ne vredi ulagati novac u ovaj kazino. Deponovao sam 2 puta tamo i ukupan iznos je oko 50e. Pokušao sam i ovo da zatvorim pre godinu dana, ali čak i tada je ista stvar da je korisnički servis zaista loš.

Sure, it's definitely a good thing that you wanted to share your situation. I would say that I wouldn't be too happy with that kind of support either, but unfortunately it's not excellent everywhere and there are many casinos where you'd be met with poor treatment.
